Another great stay in Bernard s Landing
Great location and views. Fully stocked kitchen and unit was well furnished . Only negative was it appeared the cleaning crew had not finished, but only minor. We would not hesitate to return. the housekecleaning crew were not commoner

Family Vacation to SML
This was our first trip to SML and it did not disappoint. The property was perfect, very accommodating, all the way down to the small details. Our unit was clean and comfortable, and the amenities at the resort were wonderful. We are already planning our trip back to this sweet little spot on the lake. Thanks for everything!

A great stay
We had a great time at the lake with our 3 under 3. This property made it so easy to access the beach, docks, and pools. The view is phenomenal, and the back patio makes for a great place to drink your morning coffee.

Great getaway
We had a great stay at this property. The property owner called us the morning of our stay to discuss a broken coffee pot the prior renter reported. The homeowner wanted to make sure this would not affect our stay and proviced solutions. We were very pleased with the communication, well stocked unit, and amazing views.

We were very impressed with the proximity to the lake for beautiful views. The unit was clean and well appointed for guest comfort. Amenities were excellent, the year round residents we met were very nice and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful time
We love visiting Bernard's Landing and the two of us were very comfortable here for 3 nights. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the lake view, especially when we ate breakfast outside. It was great to be able to walk to the pickleball courts and the pool. The kitchen is well-supplied. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer/dryer, as I don't think that was mentioned in the list of amenities. My main suggestion for improvement is curtains in the bedroom that would block out morning light. We will be back to Smith Mountain Lake and would be very happy to stay here again.

Awesome View was TRULY an awesome view!
This was a special place. The mountain and lake view, the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the condo which had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for all your attention to detail.

Lovely stay in western Virginia
My husband and I stayed at the condo while on a week-long Family Reunion vacation in the neighborhood. The rooms were most pleasant, It was easy to get into and out of. The pool was inviting and the grounds were well kept. It was not easy to get info on our rental until the last minute and then I was not sure who to contact with questions. The people at evolve were most helpful in getting me info and letting me know what to do next.

Awesome View
Awesome View had a truly awesome view. Everything was as promised and we had everything we needed. The fridge had water accumulating under both crisper drawers. It was coming from the white plastic chute in the back of the fridge so I put a bowl there to catch it and that worked. The grill wouldn’t light.

a very successful solution to a housing problem!
We had a big family reunion at Thanksgiving and could not all stay on the mother ship. The condo was convenient to our SML home and my son' family LOVED being able to escape the chaos when needed!

Very nice condo!
Condo was very clean and location had a beautiful Smith Mountain Lake view from inside and outside on the patio. Definitely would stay again during season so could use the pool and beach area.

Condo was easy to find in the dark in the rain. Beds were great, linens clean and fresh. Everything was clean. All essentials were supplied which was great for doing laundry and running dishwasher. Overall very roomy for four adults. WiFi worked great.

This condo was located close to the water, pool and tennis courts! We had a great time kayaking and swimming. There was so much to do at the lake and Bernard’s landing! The host (Tim) was very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo
This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The use of the pickle ball courts, swimming pool and indoor facilities really added to the trip. My family had the best time and we will definitely come back! Great vacay!!!!!!
