Reasonable unit

Clean but the cooking pots and the uncomfortable sofa should be replaced and the toilet seat was rickety.

I want a refund

My key wasn’t available until half an hour after checkin time. Quite stressful after driving 9 hours from Sydney. We were locked out of our room from 3pm to 8:30pm on Sunday. Our phones were dying. Our car keys in the room. In our swimmers after being at the beach. Very stressful and very unprofessional how it was dealt with. Our air conditioning didn’t work for three days. The safe didn’t work. The microwave would only work sometimes. I have been emailing for 6 days about compensation for my troubles. No one has responded. My partner and I have no problem leaving our very honest review if this doesn’t get sorted for us immediately.

DO NOT BOOK WITH MADE COMFY

Great location Terrible apartment. I will never book with made comfy again. The effort you have to go to for check in and check out is a waste of time, the fact that you can’t leave your bags within the apartment building with the service desk is also a joke, we had to bring heavy luggage around with us for the whole day before we could check in at 3pm. Then when we arrive into the room there is no aircon??? What owner doesn’t provide aircon in a tropical climate? Made the stay almost unliveable with the humidity and heat especially at night. The apartment had the very bare minimum of utensils in the kitchen and made it hard to cook meals with in the room including having to buy extra utensils just to accomodate making eggs on toast. If there is anything you can help us with to make up for this would be appreciated.

Decent but could be looked after a little more

Overall it was a decent apartment, location was great, short walk to all shops and food, needs to be cleaned a little bit more thorough and a few upgrades throughout the apartment like the bed and pillows, there was a dirty bowl in the cupboard that had been used and not washed and tucked away at the bottom, bare minimum utensils, air con didn’t work, shower flooded after 5 mins, good for short stay, wouldn’t recommend for a long stay

Good location, easy access to transport, good views, good swimming pool, good shower, comfortable bed, downside - lounge really uncomfortable, pans need replacing, all dirty and rusty, had to buy one, microwave needs replacing, wouldn’t operate sometimes and if it did, only for 1 minute, no bulbs in bedside lamps, wind whistles through apartment when windy outside, 7 out of 10

Good but not perfect

First of all id like to mention how great the company hosting was, we had some issues with identification and check in, and the person over the phone was able to help us really well and we really appreciate him for that. The place is located in a convenient location, great entertainment, apartment looking just like the photos, and relatively spacious for just the two of us. However I did have a few issues I'd like to mention though. The pans and a couple few kitchen equipments provided wasn't in the best of conditions, they were pretty rough and stuck to food easily. It's not too bad otherwise.. Personally the worst part of the apartment was the drain blockage in the shower. We spent two nights with a blocked shower drain which started to overflow the whole bathroom.. we couldnt use it for more then a minute before that happened, then we'd have to go through the process of cleaning it.. We had to find a solution to this so I went to grab a drain unblocker and luckily it fixed the job well. Was a tad disappointed that I had to go out of my way to fix the issue myself and spend my own money for it. Honestly other then those main issues I had, I overall had a good experience with the stay and it was one to remember.
