About this property

Private Hot Tub, A/C, Common Area/Golf Course View - Meadow House 42

Location, light, and a view! What more could you ask for? Perfectly located, Meadow House 42 is a 10-minute walk from The Village and all the entertainment, food, and shopping that Sunriver has to offer; yet still set far enough back from main roads to have tranquil, quiet, outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the wonder of nature. There are two deck areas on which to lounge: one in the front with a private walled hot tub area and the other in the back with ample seating; no rear neighbors, just a splendid view of the Meadow's Golf Course and the Great Meadow. On the main floor, the sunny kitchen is fully stocked and brightly colored for cheery mornings. The dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen and just across the entry hall is the Living Room, with a beautiful stone fireplace to provide comfort on chilly days.

Bedroom 1:
Bedroom 1 is Downstairs with king bed with access to the hall bathroom as well as a separate door to the back deck area.

Bedroom 2:
Also Downstairs is Bedroom 2 with a King Bed and large window for great views and natural light.

Bedroom 3:
Upstairs is a loft with two beds, a Queen bed and a Pyramid bunk (Twin over Full) iwth new mattresses (2023), plus an attached 3/4 bath with shower. The loft is partially open to the downstairs.

Recreation Access: This home does NOT include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

A good stay

We used Meadows 42 for home base for a week of golf at surrounding courses. The place worked well for us, but we found that some of the cooking pans were put away by the previous tenants not fully cleaned. That is our only issue, otherwise a good stay.

Felt like home

This cozy place in the forest was perfect for our family’s need to be in nature but also be close to conveniences like a grocery store and restaurants.

The check-in process was not clear. The office address where picked up the keys was not included in the instructions. It would have been nice if the wifi password was visible somewhere in the property. I had to continually contact the property office for the above mentioned information.

Great family house

The house is in a great location. It's close to the village, bike paths, and river. I loved the '70s decor. Reminded me of my childhood. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4.

Nice little house. Sleeps a lot of people but there were only 4 of us. It would sleep 6 adults comfortably more if there were kids. House could use some updating but that would increase the cost. Nice as is if you are not overly picky.

A little dissapointed

Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with this property. First, the main shower was out of service and was supposed to be fixed the first day after our arrival -which never happened after our 7 day stay. That left my family of 5 with a single tiny 2x2 shower upstairs which was not only a big inconvenience but also a little gross as the tiles had molding and the door to the bathroom would not open/close properly (my little kid got stuck inside the bathroom as he could not open the door!). Speaking of door issues, the sliding door to the jacuzzi also had problems (it would come off the rails constantly). The kitchen came ill equipped and the overall house decoration was very dated. Needless to say this is NOT one of my favorite properties in Sunriver

Well appointed and comfortable home

This is a lovely property with an expansive view, a completely private hot tub area, and a great loft upstairs with its own bathroom for teens that want their own space. It’s just a short walk to the village.
