This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home has a strict NO PET policy.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

Less than a mile from Main St. Highlands, Cardinal Cottage is an easy walk to town past scenic Harris Lake. Feed the ducks or do a little fishing on your way!  Within minutes you'll be close to shopping, dining and all that the quaint town of Highlands has to offer.

Light and bright with an open living room and renovated kitchen with all new appliances, you'll enjoy all the creature comforts of home when staying in is on the agenda. Relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy watching a game or movie on the huge new flat screen TV.

Just through the living room is a dining area that leads out to an open wood deck with rocking chairs, a new propane BBQ and an additional dining table.

The large main level primary bedroom has a king size bed, a convertible loveseat and a renovated ensuite. The large screen TV directly across from the bed makes for comfy, cozy late night movie marathons.

Across the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed with an additional full bath just down the hall. A brand new washer/dryer can be found in a utility cabinet in the hallway.

On the lower level is a kids playroom/den with another large flat screen TV and DVD player. The couch can convert to a queen size bed. There is also another full bath and another bedroom with a twin bed.

Outside the lower level is a new deck that runs the length of the entire house. Half of it is covered so you can enjoy some outdoor time even if it is raining. Unwind in one of the chaise lounges or the hammock and enjoy the peace and tranquility this home offers.

Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
