Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would describe the unit as average - possibly a bit wanting. Ledges definitely has units better equipped for similar costs. The furniture is basic to cheap (bunk beds are kit - think Ikea and a bit unsteady). There is an extremely cheap love seat in the loft area that is very low quality. The biggest let down is the main couch - its very low end and you can feel the frame through the cushions. Master bed is not comfortable in-spite of a crazy topper. TVs are on the cheap side, particularly the main room off the kitchen and the sound is only TV sound - meaning its very low quality. Overall, the unit is furnished on a budget and lacks some of the typical amenities and perks we encounter in similarly priced units - like games, pickleball equipment, ping pong table, etc. It does have a BBQ and patio furniture. Location wise - the unit is very close to pool and pickleball court but is also close to the main highway - this makes for easy in/out but if you want the window open at night there's quite a lot of noise from traffic.

Great place

Great place to stay. Well stocked and well kept home with plenty of room for family and more if needed. It was nice to be within a short walk if the pool and pickleball court.

Beautiful Property

This unit is beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. It is in a beautiful development with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Management contacted us shortly after our arrival and promptly replaced the dead battery in the garage remote control. The development is among the very best we've seen and we would certainly stay here again when visiting St. George.

Awesome property

Loved this property! The location was great-close to the pool and pickle ball. Loved the spacious bedrooms and the loft area was perfect for the kids. Beds were a little hard for my preference. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

Place was very nice and clean. Wish it was a little more kid friendly with something besides glassware for food. Some type of game would have been fun. But the space was great and had a great pool. The pool wasn’t warm at all, but they had just had a big windstorm that broke the pool filter so it normally is warm.

Beautiful and clean townhouse

Our two families (totaling nine people) really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this property! There are great views of Snow Canyon State Park, especially from the second story balcony. The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend!!

We loved our stay at the ledges! It was well stocked with anything you may need, clean with plenty of room for all! The pickle=ball courts were a plus and the location is beautiful!

Great time in St. George

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for getting away from the crowds, but close enough for convenience to get to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We had a family of 5 - our kids range in age from 15 to 20 and this place was a great fit. Everyone basically had their own bathroom which made the process of getting ready to go super efficient - in the morning for hikes or for going out to dinner. The pool area was a short walk down the street and helped us cool off after long days in the heat.
