Cassiopeia Nest is a walking distance of 700 mtrs from the beach and is equipped with all necessities required to provide you with a comfortable independent stay.

My family stays just next door to assist you and make your stay as warm and comfortable as possible. Cassiopeia Nest is not a hotel but it is your home and you are our guests! Its not just about providing you with facilities but about providing you a home!

There are 5 guest rooms available. Each of which has a closet, an electronic safe, a modular kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, Bathroom with separate wet and dry space and extra large Queen size bed.

We have provided electronic safes for each room ensure safety of your valuables. The property is additionally made secure with onsite camera surveillance so that you feel as safe as you would in your own home.

We have 24x7 hot water and electricity.

Bedding and towels are changed every 4 days.

There is no servant but there are family members to help you with your needs.

I am a entrepreneur having keen interest in building and constructing people friendly homes. In Arambol close to the beach I have tried my level best in providing the best for all my guests. We are a family of four me my wife and my 2 daughters.

Why they chose this property

The guest house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, with coconut trees, greenery and Goa houses/ villas. Wake up daily to the songs of birds and fresh sea breeze. Clean air, nature and the sweet melody of birds is what we need as we take a short walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

The location is very quit so even if you want to enjoy the night out and head to the bed early morning you will be able to have a peaceful sleep till late in the afternoon. This house is the cleanest place in the locality this is what I don't say but the guest who have stayed at my place have written about this place.
