Quiet Stay

We were looking for a quiet stay as we were in town for a funeral. The home provided the exact peace and quiet we needed. We noted some nice touches that would make a stay by families more pleasant.

Great Place

Perfect place for our visit to Clearwater. Clean, convenient, close to many beaches and can walk to the Phillies spring training complex. Host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. Highly recommended.

Great outdoor patio.

Our stay of 28 days was awesome. Weather permitting we spent most of our time enjoying the great patio and pool. The covered portion with television and BBQ for cooking were much appreciated. We would have reserved it again for next year but our time frame was already taken. Thank you Brad for a great vacation

Great property

This house is great for family vacations! The pool was a big hit. Everything was well kept and check in and check out was so smooth. It’s a little far from attractions and the beach, but we were able to drive everyday.

this home was a great location. easy access to beach grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood nice for walking about..no sidewalks but hardly any road traffic. Well equipped all we needed to get were groceries. The swimming pool was a perk for the kids!!

Great place to stay

This place was perfect! Location was great close to everything only about 13 min from beaches. The house was amazing clean, setup and amenities. It was great to have the pool right off the the back porch we could listen to music or watch movies on the outdoor tv while in the pool or just sitting at the patio set. We had a party of 10 and fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again.

Great rental would return anytime!

We had a great time the property is well kept had everything you need and probably more. We spent our entire vacation in house because of hurricane and kids still haf fun having a pool of their own on property. We are a big family and house was big enough and accomadating. Property host was a great host very nice and always responded right away.

Everything we needed!

We stayed here with our five children and the home had everything we needed! We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was nice having the table and chairs outside for the kids to sit and eat in between all the time they spent in the pool! They also thought it was awesome to get to watch a movie outside while swimming. Loved the location; close to everything we could’ve wanted and it was nice to come back to this quiet neighborhood after exploring the area and the beaches nearby. Brad was very helpful with all my questions. Excellent host.

Overall the house was great. Pool wasn’t.

Our house was great. The communication was fantastic with the host. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t great because it’s not covered, tons of tree debris in it and there were local cats and ducks able to get in. The second morning we were there my daughter saw one of the ducks pooping in the pool. We didn’t use the pool but still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Pool

The best part of our stay was the lanai with the pool! We spent the majority of our awake time hanging out in this space. My grandson was thrilled and that’s what counts in my book. The house could’ve been cleaner… Very dusty and bathroom had other peoples hair on the floor and in the tub we had to deep clean the bathrooms before we were able to use them. Also make sure that you are packed up and out of the home at 10 AM sharp or the owners will be sitting outside waiting for you to leave

Should have relied on past reviews and will never make that mistake again! We could not use the pool as it was dirty and ducks spend their time in and around the pool...therefore creating a mess! The house wasn't overly cleaned neither. Found multiple hair in the sheets, making me wonder if the sheets were cleaned?!? On a positive note, the house is located close to stores and the neighborhood is quiet.
