This home has been completely remodeled and features a Coffee Bar and all the amenities to make your vacation the most memorable!! The house will book quickly so reserve your dates as soon as possible!!

Although the interior is beautifully and comfortably decorated, you will find the most sought after spot on the Large Bed-swing, overlooking the Stunning views of Ocean.

This pristine home accommodates 10 comfortably, so it is great for mutiple families. The home is located in the heart of Ocean Lakes with a short walking distance to all the main attractions in the Park. Sandy Harbor Waterpark, playgrounds, basketball courts, corn hole boards, Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center and the most of all....THE GORGEOUS BEACH!!!. You can enjoy the sunrise from either deck.

Beautiful beach home!
My family and I had a really nice time at this beautiful beach home. The owner and manager were very responsive and helpful, and honestly some of the nicest people that you will ever meet! The home is just a golf cart little cross street away from the beach sand and ocean. One negative of this particular home was the lack of ability of any kind of Uber or food delivery service to enter the campground. The few taxi services that are allowed can only be booked by phone (and twice they did not show up when booked) and were nearly triple the cost of an Uber/Lyft. If you are renting a car and driving yourself, this would be a non-issue. It just so happened that for us it was a big issue because there were six of us, and we could not fit in one taxi- and an XL Uber wasn’t an option because we had to find a way to make it to the front of the campground in order to meet an Uber, and the entrance was not in walking distance for us. The owner was so incredibly helpful about this, and did her very best to try to help when I explained the situation. The other negative is the detailed list of instructions before leaving, it just felt like a lot to do when we were trying to rush to catch an airplane. Overall, this is such a beautiful and well kept home on the beach, and the owners and manager are so friendly and helpful, if the driving concern isn’t an issue, I am sure you would love staying here!

2nd Time Staying Was Just as Great as the 1st!!
I stayed here in 2022 with my husband and in 2024 with two cousins. This house is absolutely beautiful & you cannot beat the view. The beach is right across the street; you can get there in less than 60 seconds. There's so much space, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with pans, silverware, etc. When we had questions, the property team got back to us right away and it was obviously important to them that we had a great stay! Both times I visited were in Feb so it's a little chilly outside but it’s relaxing and quiet. If you came with kids, you'd have so much space and plenty to do; there are basketball courts, water park, mini golf, convenience store, and restaurant within walking distance. (Note: water park is closed in Feb.) You have to go upstairs to get in the house; there is an elevator you can use for a fee. 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom are on the ground floor; others are upstairs. There's a washer/dryer which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Make sure to bring toiletries like toilet paper & soap. Linens (towels, sheets) are part of the cost and provided for you. Check in and check out is super easy and they give you a checklist to ensure you do everything you need to before leaving (e.g., washing the dishes.) This trip was a great way to reset! I would absolutely come here a 3rd time! I 100% recommend renting this house to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, rejuvenating stay by the ocean with a wonderful & attentive management team!

The property was great no complaints, the view and location to the beach is exactly what we wanted the house was clean and looked beautiful, as far as the Ocean Lakes goes the golf cart parade every night from 7-11 pm was a little excessive (every night and for 4 hours) we couldn't enjoy our stay outside on the porch because of the traffic, people yelling and playing their music would of been a more relaxing experience to have had a quiet evening on the porch listening to the ocean and having a drink and forget going to bed before 11 cause you want to wake up to see the sunrise on the beach you could hear the noises and couldn't sleep until it was over, I know that was not your doing it is Ocean Lakes, but aside from that the house itself was just what we wanted

This house was truly amazing! It was clean, well maintained, and decorated so cute. The outdoor space was wonderful for having meals and hanging out. It was a perfect place for a family vacation, we can’t wait to come back. It was stocked with lots of sand toys and chairs for the beach along with beach towels too! There was so much to do within the grounds as well from the pools, beach, playgrounds, arcade, and even just riding the golf cart we rented around.

B14 is every bit what you see in the photos. The deck is leaps and bounds above the other oceanfront decks. It was our main hangout spot since there so many seating options. The kitchen is spacious with an excellent island perfect for breakfast and dinner prep. We really appreciated the pantry space and the stocked coffee bar. Waking up to the ocean every morning was the icing on the cake and feeling a part of the action of the campground added an extra layer of fun! Pam and Rebecca were great with communication from booking through checkout. We will definitely be staying here again! You won’t regret booking this stellar house!

Best place we’ve ever stayed!!!
The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. The house is absolutely STUNNING!! I usually get good rentals because I do a lot of research but this unit easily hits as the best we’ve ever stayed at. We came into town for a graduation with two elderly sets of parents. The elevator made it easy for the middle aged kids to deal with the elderly parents. (If you are fully reliant on a wheel chair, please note that there is a 6-8 inch step entering the house after each trip on the elevator.) We were blown away with how gorgeous the house is decorated and found out from the super friendly neighbor that Pam is an interior decorator. She is amazing at her job!! The beds and pillows were super comfy and the house was super clean when we got there. The entire family spent most of the time on the front porch watching the waves, the golf carts and the groups of people playing games on one of the courts. Make sure that you are aware of the particulars of this rental (daily car fee to the park, you make the beds, check-out at 10 sharp) and you will have a fantastic stay. We are campground owners and were especially excited to stay in Ocean Lakes since it was awarded the National mega-park of the year award. It did not disappoint and rightly earns its recognition. You will not need to leave the resort at all unless you really want to. There is plenty to do for all ages. This really was an exceptional stay and the entire family was making jokes about just becoming squatters in the house because none of us wanted to leave. If Ocean Lakes is mega-park of the year, I would call this rental “house of the year”!

We have been vacationing in Ocean Lakes for over 25 years with our family and extended family. We love the atmosphere and all the activities that Ocean Lakes offers families. Our kids grew up with great memories of vacations through the years. Now we have four grandchildren of our own and they absolutely love it!! It is one of the most relaxing vacations where we can truly slow down and enjoy each other. With our growing family, we decided to purchase and totally renovate the property to offer the most relaxing, worry free vacation.
