West End - 1 BR/1Bath - minutes to gym/tea.
This is the separate upstairs 1 bedroom/one bathroom unit of a 2 family home. Vaulted ceilings with skylights; 19th century wide floorboards; large well equipped kitchen; dining area; living room.
You enter the front door off the 10’ x 20’ patio that has a table and chairs for you. The entrance had floor boards salvaged from the Provincetown High School gym and you ascend a stairway with a handrail that comes from the Long Point Lighthouse.
At the top of the stairs you will enter the dining room with seating for up to 6. Just beyond that is the living area with WiFi TV connected to all your streaming services and a comfortable sofa. Just off the dining room to the left is the bedroom for 2. There is also a spacious, well equipped kitchen and a European full bathroom.
The home is located 90 second walk to Mussel Beach gym and 5 minute walk to T-Dance!
In the other direction it is only an 8 minute walk to the Stop&Shop!
We offer one parking space and access to the washer and dryer in the basement. We have a couple of extra “beater bikes” that can be used to get around town or to the beach. There is a gas grill in the back yard that is available for use.
