The property is dated and needs a facelift. Sofa fabric is faded torn, and smells like it’s not been cleaned in awhile. Even though the previous party paid for cleaning, it was not clean. We had to call to get the oven cleaned. The upstairs master bath tub was oily. The blender was so gross a new one was purchased to make drinks. The king size mattresses in the master bedrooms were soft and uncomfortable. The property suited the size of our group (4 ) The living room is only suitable for seating only 4- 5 guests, even though there are beds for 10. If there had been more of us, we could not have all gathered in the living room, which is what we like to do. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. The porch is nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The pool is a nice bonus for relief from the sand.
We did not like the neighborhood because of loud music and fireworks going off at 4 in the morning.
Needless to say we will not stay here again. The property looks as if no one has given it any TLC in a long time.
