Location was great, size of house was good. It could have been cleaner. We saw the $212 pet fee and assume that is to deep clean yet the house was full of dog hair. Upstairs tub didn’t drain properly (had to plunge several times). The stovetop came on by itself at least two times one when we weren’t even home. The beds were like laying on plywood. We still managed to put all of that aside and have a great family vacation.
Great home, great location, great bay sunset views. The rental process was excellent and all communication with agency was wonderful. The house was just far enough away from the boardwalk that it felt like a neighborhood yet close enough for shopping, gas, coffee and entertainment. Would definitely rent again.
Phenomenal property to stay in! Exactly as advertised and the ocean was fantastic! The property management company, Dunes Rentals, is a class act. Very friendly and helpful people with any questions or issues. I will definitely will use any property they manage.
