Archview Terrace is a beautifully built 3 bed/3 bath, double story home located in a gated community. Private pool! Only steps away from Lake LBJ you will have access to a boat slip along with a neighborhood boat ramp in the marina. The amenity center just down around the corner also provides lots of entertainment options including an outdoor pool, basketball court, pickle ball, and many other game options. This home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests per HOA rules, absolutely no exceptions!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, access to a boat lift (PLEASE GIVE 72 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR STAY OF NEEDING THE BOAT LIFT), jet ski floating dock, neighborhood boat ramp and all Clearwater Harbor amenities.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Please Note: There is construction in this neighborhood as it is a new development.

Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.

We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if need be.

PLEASE NOTE

1.Due to the subdivision rules, only 3 vehicle max is allowed to park at the home in the driveway. Absolutely no parking is allowed in the street. Additional parking area is located below the home and additional parking for trailers is located at the front of the Legends subdivision. Please make sure your trailer is parked in the correct spot or it could be subjected to being towed at the owner's expense.
2. Absolutely no more than 10 people at the property per HOA rules!
3. Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing a boat slip.

Perfect family spot

Golf weekend and family get together!

Beautiful home and outdoor space. It had everything we needed and so much more. The owners were very responsive in answering questions and advised us not to hesitate to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely want to stay again in future!! Thank you..

State Golf stay

We love this little community, and felt very safe to let our kids walk around! It was so convenient to the Legends Golf course for our golf team and families. The house was spacious, comfortable & well suited to our two-family needs. The pickleball court (racquets provided) & sand volleyball court are within walking distance. Love that we had our own private pool for the kids to swim in too! Everything was fantastic!

The house was nice, but the neighbors are way too close. We had a group next door who swam and partied until 4 AM keeping us awake.

Great rental for family

The property was perfect for family time especially with toddlers. The boat slip was very convenient we only had to launch 1 time during our stay and got to park the trailer in the front of the property.

Beautiful Home.

Beautiful newer. I don’t have any real complaints just for a large group the kitchen dining area was a bit tight. But we make it work and everything was great.

Kingsland house

This was a GREAT place to stay around Kingsland, Inks Lake, and Lake LBJ! Everything was just as described and it was so nice to have the small personal pool to cool off in and access to ping pong/pickle ball down the street. We had a small issue with gate/door codes, but management was VERY quick to respond. Everything about the house is top-notch - lots of towels provided, large tv's, comfortable beds, and NEW pots and pans - so nice! Great place!

Great rental for a family vacation

Outstanding, great location!

Spent a great weekend at this immaculate house! Easy access to the lake, pool, pickle ball court and golf course. Boat dock at the marina was a short walk from house, which was perfect after a long day on the lake!
