We were in town to do a job for the week. Place was perfect, well equipped kitchen. Could’ve used an extra shower but we knew there was only one. Quiet neighborhood and property owner was very responsive with all my questions.
We were in town for state track. It was nice to have extra space for my crew to spread out. The washer and dryer was super needed! We also appreciated the number of and quality of the towels.
The house was very nice, clean, and spacious. Several small touches made the stay even more worth it (coffee supplied and hand lotion at every sink, for example). Check in and out was very simple and the host stayed in contact with relevant information.
This house is a nice, roomy, clean house. The owner was quick to respond when we were checked in if we had any questions. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Check in was very easy--we loved the customized log in code. All of the beds were very comfortable. We also liked the amount of chairs and couches in the back room. We were able to stay in and relax! Thanks for a great stay!
This is like our 3rd stay here to visit our grandson. It’s perfect for our family. It’s cozy & close to everything you need. Enough room for everyone & our chunk a munk to run around. We call it Home #2. :)
We enjoyed our time in Wichita, KS. The house was great and very roomy. Back yard has a lot of potential! We had to leave early for a long trip home. Shoutout to the property manager who was quick to respond for a bathroom mishap and got us going again fast!
We stayed here for our grandson’s first bday. The house was perfect for our crew. Good neighborhood, close to any shopping or eating. The house was big & plenty of room for everyone comfortably. The host was awesome, great communication with any concerns we had, extremely attentive, & his property manager was so sweet. Will definitely stay here again! :)
It was nice location nice stay very roomy. Just one small detail, the grass needed to be cut, couple spiders inside. Overall it was nice quiet stay we would come back next time we're in town. Thank you
We are in limbo with our house being ready. My kids felt so at home. Great and spacious. I would definitely recommend for all.

Acceptable Accommodations
PROS: Reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, zoo, downtown attractions. Comfortable beds. Good Washer/Dryer. CONS: Very small bathrooms. Only one shower for 4 bedrooms. Minimal furniture. Very small kitchen table with only 4 chairs. Missing lightbulbs. That said, we were gone most of the time, so were ok with the "bare bones."
This property was spacious and easy to get to. We came to visit our daughter and had plenty of room for all of us. There was a slight odd smell upon checking in, however everything seemed clean. One of the beds wasn’t made, but again we didn’t need it. There were little fruit flies of some sort flying around which was annoying and the kitchen was mediocre compared to other places. There’s a Dillions grocery store not to far away though, which I was thankful for. Depending on what you’re staying for would depend on what you care about. We had to buy a few things to cook, but we did make a big meal. Beds were okay. Plenty of bathrooms. Only one has a shower, which I believe is advertised that way. We would not stay here again, but more so because it just didn’t fit our needs.
There were feces In the living room. We stepped on the lower step that goes onto the living room through a sliding glass door and the step broke. We tried to open the freezer and the handle came off because it was frozen shut. There were spider webs everywhere outside on the house and in between the windows and the few existing screens. There was a two inch wolf spider running around. The sheets were dirty. He implied that I was lying and was rude throughout. He doesn’t have to refund, because he doesn’t go through VRBO for payment. We didn’t stay there, but he refused to refund payment. The worst part is the time we had to take to deal with all of this. We went to visit our terminally Ill sister. She won’t last through the week, and I can’t get my time with her back.

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Run-down neighborhood and iffy furniture, poor customer service, renter beware. Read to the end…
Check in: a little confusing - there are two key pads, a manual (obvious one when you approach the front door), and a digital one on the door itself, which is the one to use.
At least one bed (queen in backmost bedroom) has a very obvious dip on the side when you go to sit. and squeaks rather loudly waking anyone already sleeping.
Pros:
Initially Jeremiah responded quickly and politely, apologized for a mix up about a lack of dining seating.
Newer washer/dryer
Inside looks pretty clean
Cons:
Outside was filthy - dirty cobwebs all over siding, windows, parking cover; trash in the yard; no landscaping, but yard was mowed.
Weird bug found on my mug, and multiple spiders in various rooms.
Jeremiah was nice until I had a complaint about the bug I found on my mug in the kitchen late one evening. Looked like a cross between a roach and an oversized silverfish, about .75” long. After that he was dismissive and rude.
Lots of broken/breaking items (hide-a-bed couch seemed broken - we didn’t pull it out to verify; cleaning woman who dropped off table and chairs (b/c seating for 4 in a house for 8-10 is not enough) removed a broken piece from the front storm door; front room chairs both had a leg that was visibly at an angle; back sliding door wouldn’t lock but had a large wooden rod to wedge in place to lock it; tub faucet handle came off in my hand, but goes back on and still functions; skillet I used for eggs had a very loose handle); no handle on freezer door.
Won’t stay here again!
Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to the lights of St. Paul. So much room 4 comfortable queen beds and 2 couches that make into beds. Two comfortable recliners that lay back all the way for sleep.
Attended a hobby event an the Town West Square. The house is clean and conveniently located. Jeremiah is a great host and his communication is the best. Would stay again.
I had a wonderful stay during my time in Wichita at this property. Very spacious and cozy, all the amenities mentioned were accurate. Definitely felt like a home away from home and we will be using this property again. Thank you so much!!
