With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, this delightful condo is perfect for a memorable stay. You and your travel companions will immediately fall in love with this unit's cozy interior, boasting a large moss rock fireplace, leather couches, a comfy king bed, and tasteful decor throughout. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the master bedroom along with twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. A very comfortable roll-away bed is also available.

THE LOCATION
The ski base of Winter Park is only 2 miles from the property, and there's a shuttle bus service every 30 minutes on the weekend (during peak season) and every hour on the week days to take you directly to and from the slopes. You'll love spending time at Winter Park's newly renovated ski base, which now has many more shops, fine eateries, and a Starbucks. There are also numerous shops, pubs, and excellent restaurants within easy walking distance from the condo, so you won't have to venture far to indulge in a delectable meal. Cooper Square outdoor shopping center in downtown Winter Park is within walking distance as well. If you need a break from the ski slopes, be sure to check out the winter tubing hill in Fraser only 2 miles away on State 40, or rent a snowmobile for the day in the area. Unsurprisingly, the possibilities for winter fun are endless here!

During the warmer months, enjoy a show at Hideaway Park or Winter Park's hiking and biking trails as well as trout fishing on the Fraser River, which is conveniently right in front of the complex! You'll also find exceptional fishing on the Colorado River and a great catch-and-release spot just north of the condo, about a 10-minute walk away. If you're in the mood for adventure, spend a day exploring the groomed walking and extensive biking trails near the condo, or drive 40 minutes to access the south entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The town of Grand Lake can be reached in just 25 minutes, as well as Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby. Golf enthusiasts should definitely play a round over at Pole Creek Golf Course located 15 minutes away, or at one of the other area golf courses within 30 minutes of the condo. For entertainment, a movie theatre with a bowling alley and arcade can be reached in a short walk. Be sure to check the Winter Park website for information and dates on the many festivals and concerts in and around town - you never know what might be happening during your trip!
