Spanish Ranch is located in Saint Louis County near the popular St. Louis Zoo Sanctuary.
This entire 2,300 square feet will be in your care when you rent the space.
Large Sunroom has a queen size sofa-bed that can sleep two individuals. Hence, the additional two availability; three bedrooms, 3 queen beds, plus the sofa bed.
Feel free to use the gym/exercise equipment in basement.
Enjoy a walk around the yard and eat from the apple trees, grape, raspberry, and blackberry vines in the summertime backyard.
Come spring and summer, you can walk to the lake (5-7 minutes away)
In case of needed repairs, a handyman will be available upon notification to host. Shoot us a message when you need to have something attended.
A code will be provided for you to access the property. Driveway is wide enough to park several vehicles.
