Enjoy this beautiful two-bedroom, second-floor villa with a spectacular view of Maples' 1st tee box and Calabash Creek, located in the River Creek 1 neighborhood of Sea Trail. This villa features a master bedroom with two queen beds and an attached bathroom. The spacious living room and kitchen/dining area opens to a large screened porch with added vertical pickets to the railing; adding some comfort to families with little children. The mini-suite features one queen bed, one double bed, spacious bathroom, and mini kitchen. The villa has high-speed 5G internet and three HD televisions. This lovely 2nd-floor unit is accessible by stairs only.
