Nice townhouse but terrible gym and community pool

The house was nice but needed better cleaning. The table was fully set with mats, but the mats hadn't been moved in a while and needed some serious wiping. Just some areas needed to be wiped around the house. The clubhouse was a big let down. The pool didn't have running water in it. The pool had a film on it and there was supposed to be a small splash pad that also did not work. The gym had no power to run the electric equipment or turn on lights. The bathrooms also did not have power. We were hoping to use the amenities of clubhouse since we had kids with us. BIG disappointment.

Great townhome!

We had a great experience with our stay! Love how close the drive was to all parks and not getting caught up in extended delays on interstates. Did have an issue with washer and dryer and office was quick to respond to our needs/request. Unfortunately the issue was not fixed during our stay but was in the process of repairs! Definitely would stay again!

Comfortable and welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay very much this past week. We did have some issues with the shower door and had prompt response from management. I will say that the walls are a little thin as we could hear the neighbors playing music (with loud base) through the walls. Otherwise it was just the right amount of space for our vacation!

Wonderful Property

We rented this property for 3 weeks and it was wonderful. We had a plumbing issue but scheduling maintenance was breeze and was responded to immediately. The only thing i was a little disappointed with was the pool. It was much smaller than anticipated. But that was ok because the community pool was just at the end of the street and very nice. Mattresses were very comfortable! Condo was of modern design and very clean. Garage was a little small but we just parked in the driveway. It’s very close to Sea World and Aquatica. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable!

Great Family Vacation Rental

My family and I had a great experience in this vacation rental. The home was very clean and the location was very convenient. The pool was on the small side, we were under the impression that it would be bigger. And the shower doors don’t seem to shut completely, leaving the bathroom floors completely soaked. Overall it was a terrific experience and I would likely stay again!
