Welcome to the St Pete Pool House! This is a recently renovated home that’s biking distance to artsy and vibrant downtown St Pete and a quick drive to some of the best beaches in America. The pool is partially covered if you want to escape the heat or possible rain shower. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 inflatable queen mattress and large family room with a big, comfy couch. There is plenty of room for 8 people to sleep comfortably. There also is 2 full bathrooms with showers and tubs. There is a porch and patio for enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. You have access to a full kitchen with quartzite countertops, newer appliances and large Samsung washer and dryer. Pet Friendly!

Cute House, Awesome Location!

This Vrbo was in such an awesome location! It's super close to the water, and only a 10 minute drive (or Uber) from downtown St Pete! The hosts were very kind & responsive and the Vrbo was very clean! We cooked a handful of family dinners here as well so note this is a great property to bring your family! The beds were comfy and you can even take bath in each of the bathrooms. Would definitely love to stay here again :) Highly recommend!

Nice pool home

This is a great pool home. It’s very close to grocery stores and downtown St Pete and all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time.

New Years Eve

First off, thank you Zak for having us on New Years Eve. There were not many options for houses as places block out houses with multiple people for holidays. Zak came through and was very good at responding to my request. The house was in the perfect location for us, on the east side of St Pete. It was 10 minutes from the waterfront where we needed to be every day. It has ample parking for multiple cars, is somewhat secluded with greenery and has a nice little yard with fire pit. Not very many houses have yards in St Pete. The pool was great, as it's half inside the house by the way its setup. It sure was cold! But why not jump in and enjoy every minute of the New Year! The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed, except a can opener. We didn't mind. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 small beds, and they aren't very comfortable. I slept on the couch and found it better for my back. The internet worked good, and he had a Bluetooth speaker next to the TV so we could play music throughout the house. It was a great time and perfect for what we needed. To fit 6 people and be close to the concert venue and pier. Zak always answers fast and was clear with times and directions. Thank you again!!! From some local Floridians

Not what I expected

Place was very clean; no bugs. It was a little off-putting seeing used bars of soap, shampoo bottles, etc., in the shower, and a ton of condiments in the refrigerator that I had no idea as to when they were last touched. Who would ever eat opened salsa at a VRBO? Hallway and living room tile floor was extremely slick. It was as if someone cleaned the floor with furniture wax. We overcame this hazard by moving floor mats found around the house to the hallway floor. Kitchen is very worn and needs updating badly. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Most glasses had dust and/or a film on them so needed to be washed to use. Was grateful to find some paper plates. Yard was very overgrown, which made it unusable. Wooden fence is in disrepair; gate would not close. To recap, the place was very clean. The pool is not heated so we were unable to use. The property was just not what we had expected.

Good place for a mini vacation

Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much! House is old but well kept! It provided everything we needed for our stay. Host responded quickly when I had a question and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The pool is the focal point of the house and we enjoyed swimming on very hot days. I highly recommend this property!! Thanks Zechariah for sharing your home!

Nice house for family stay, cold pool

The house was kept up nice, though old. Easy to communicate with the owner and pretty good location close to the bay, downtown St. Petersburg and the pier. However, we were really excited to have a pool in the house but then couldn’t even use it because it wasn’t heated and was so cold at 72-73 degrees the whole time. Air temp outside was 70s-80s but the pool never warmed up. We specifically picked this property for the pool so that was really disappointing. But it was roomy and close to lots of stuff to do, 30 min ride to the St. Pete Beach side.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay in St. Pete for the Grand Prix. Just a short Uber ride downtown and very close to places like Publix. We had 4 adults and 2 pups and there was plenty of space.

Another great St. Pete stay

The host was very helpful, and the house was very easy to get in and out of. With family in the neighborhood, it was a very convenient location and also close to Publix. Inside was clean and organized with everything that we needed. I will definitely look to stay here on my next trip.

Nice in town Getaway

This was a pretty cool stay. Clean house with multiple bedrooms and a pretty nice relaxing pool area in the back. The house is close to food spots as well as the pier. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful vacation here during Reggae Rise Up 2021! The area is beautiful. Zechariah was very prompt at responding to messages and questions before and during our stay. The home is equipped with everything we could think of, including a supply of pantry staples and condiments so be sure you do a quick inventory before getting groceries. Great times had by all, and we are considering this house for a recurring vacation spot!

So Great, I Booked it Twice

I'm a local who needed a place to work and sleep while repairs were undergoing on my house. This house is a great value, and convenient to shopping and downtown St Pete. It has a well appointed kitchen, a small dining room area that served as a great workspace (very good wifi as well) and a living room area that was comfortably furnished for relaxing in front of the TV. Bathroom and shower were great. The bedrooms were bright and clean with terrazzo floors and they formed a courtyard around the pool, which is the highlight of the house. Half of the pool is in the patio area, under a roof, like a grotto, and the other half of the pool is under a small birdcage. Unique feeling, and in tandem with the bedroom design, gives this house a real "Florida vacation" feeling. All of this combined with a friendly and communicative host in Zak, allow me to unhesitatingly recommend this house. I had rented it for a few days, and when the construction on my house went longer, I extended my rental, because it was such a great place to stay.
