3BR House on a Quiet Street - Central to Everything

The home has 3 bedrooms w/ lots of natural light and a chic, cozy living room with a Roku TV equipped w/ Netflix & Hulu. It’s situated on a very quiet street located at a central location in Jacksonville. House is very easy to get to from the highway. Publix 1 minute away! Less than 10 minute drive to downtown, riverside, or 5 minutes to San Marco. Or drive 25 minutes to one Jacksonville’s beaches. Home also offers a large backyard with table & chairs.
The home has 3 private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ample closet space and lots of natural light. The "master" bedroom has a half bathroom attached. The main bathroom is on the hallway right next to the kitchen. The living room has a couch that folds down into a bed which can sleep 1 comfortably and 2 if you really try to squeeze. It is about a full size bed, if not a tad smaller. The house has been decorated with modern decor and lots of live plants to promote a comfortable living space.

*THERE IS NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE HOUSE. IF THE HOUSE SMELLS OF SMOKE, WE WILL CHARGE A $100 SMOKING FEE. NO SMOKING ON BACK OR FRONT PORCH. IF YOU MUST SMOKE, PLEASE WALK TO END OF DRIVEWAY. *

Guests will have access to entire house and yard. The house has a large driveway that can hold up to 5 cars including a carport which can house at least 2 cars - covered.
The guests can use anything that is in the house including but not limited to soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, cookware, dishes, pots and pans, food, spices, utensils, etc. If the house is missing any thing essential please let us know and we can get for you.

Guests will have all the privacy they want. We will be available by text/call throughout the day if the guests have any questions or emergencies. We can help with things to do in the area as well.

Some pets are allowed. Please inquire first about pets. $50 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet.

The house is on a very quiet and peaceful street tucked in the back of a neighborhood. Neighborhood opens up to busy street (University Blvd) which is a nice central location to drive anywhere in Jacksonville. There is plenty to do nearby including the St. John's Towncenter, an outdoor lifestyle mall with over 150 retail stores, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and TOP GOLF. Also nearby is Riverside which has the Riverside Arts Market every Saturday and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

Even closer is the San Marco area which centers on its leafy namesake square, a lively hub with indie boutiques and casual eateries serving brunch, pizza and ice cream. Chic bistros and trendy bars dot surrounding streets. The art deco San Marco Theatre shows art-house movies and new releases, and rock bands play at intimate venue Jack Rabbits Live.
