Serenity, Privacy, Seclusion on a 121 ac private wooded estate.
Indian Creek Ranch is a 121 ac piece of Paradise set in Northwestern Wisconsin complete with orchards, wildlife viewing food plots and a beautiful 1150 square foot "Barndominium"! What is a Barndominium you ask? Well, it is the newest trend in home building today. Indian Creek Ranch is a 45x90 building constructed of maintenance free steel. From the outside it simply looks like a well built barn but on the inside you will be awed by the beauty of the 4-season home. We have tongue and groove knotty pine finishes, in-floor heat, full kitchen with all appliances, 3 bedrooms and a game room loft with pool table, ping pong and darts for your group to enjoy. Many city dwellers who seek to escape the hustle and bustle are building these types of homes for the low maintenance and functionality. Our Barndominium is perfect for large groups as we can sleep up to 8(potentially more with arrangements). Sit in the great room by the gas fireplace and gaze out the sliding patio door window as deer come into the clover, soybeans and corn food plots planted for their use. This land is a highly managed wildlife paradise and all species of big and small game frequenting the property. Neil the owner, subscribes to Regenerative Farming techniques and has been converting the farm to an nearly 100% organic farm over the past few years. At night you can sit by the fire pit and enjoy smores with the kids or a adult beverage of your choice (wood is not provided but you may find some provide on site at times). As an added bonus we are only 2 miles from Coyland Shooting Preserve where you can enjoy all the shooting sports or hunt Pheasants. Indian Creek Ranch is an experience you will never forget!

We were having a wedding locally and had family stay here as it was nearby. Neil, the host, was very pleasant to work with and always quick to respond. There were a few unexpected things come up and he worked quick to ensure our stay was enjoyable and kept us updated on everything. Thanks for a nice stay!
Excellent communication and very comfortable property
Neil is super quick to communicate and very accommodating. The cabin is cozy and fun and easy access to lots of WI destinations. I’m excited to come back and see it in different seasons
The property was perfect for us. Great location, lots of privacy, and we quite enjoyed using the ping-pong table! Neil was very responsive to questions I had. Would recommend to others looking to stay in the area.
Perfect place for a vacation with friends secluded from neighbors
Me and 8 others had a really great time and enjoyed our stay at this property. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The property's is built very well. The feeling of being in nature and secluded from reality was great. The view from the porch along with the fresh air was great. Sunset and sunrise can be viewed from the porch. The place has everything you need for a peaceful vacation.
The place is very well kept and tidy. We were 7 people and were not walking on top of each other. The loft with the ping pong/pool table adds a lot of space and was very nice to have for the single day we had to stay in the shouse due to bad weather. There are two futons in the loft area. One of the bedrooms has two double beds. The shouse is surrounded by woods with trails and observation outposts for nature lovers. So many different habitats. We loved it. The night sky was fantastic (not much light pollution). The place is also not far from the western segments of the Ice Age trail.
We were first time vrbo users and Neil (owner) has been very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the firewood Neil.
I definitely recommend the shouse.
This property was a great place to get away from the city for a bit. The big yard was great for games and activities, remote enough to never see neighbors or anyone else during our stay.
The owner Neil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. He even gave some recommendations for activities nearby (Check out Coyland Creek for Clay Pigeon shooting!). When any questions or concerns arose, he was a short message away, and tried his best to help out however he could.
For anyone looking to get away and stay in a charming cabin with a large yard, this is the place to go. Very fun time!
Had a few guys together for a weekend. The place is close to Coyland Creek for shooting. Far enough from other people to not be bothered. Nice fire pit and the stars were beautiful. We had a very nice weekend.
First time here , great check in
Property cleaned everything fantastic
We seen deers really closed to the property which was great took pictures , it’s a really relaxing cabin to get out the city and enjoy nature , will definitely come back soon
We were looking for a quiet oasis and that just what we found. A little slab of heaven. We had had AMAZING communication with the owner. The property was dead on from the description. I can’t brag about this place any more. We have already planned a few trips back and found our new fave little get away. We will be returning many more times. The shouse was cleaned top to bottom, beds were comfortable, and wood out for a fire. I really can’t wait to go back up this fall!!!

Why they chose this property
I loved the Shouse idea. Low maintenance, tricked out and cozy. Just a great family get away. Being that I am a hunter I can plant food plots for deer, put up tree stands and blinds and hunt deer, bear, turkey and grouse. The location is great only 1:15 min drive from home so very easy to get to. The area has many lakes, a shooting preserve, taverns the Ice Age trail and so much more. Just a great get a way.
What makes this property unique
Coyland Creek Shooting preserve is 2 miles away. The Ice Age Trail also runs through the area. There are thousands of acres of public land to explore all just a few miles in any direction.
