You have nearby Las Brujas Beach, and Cerritos Beach at 10 minutes walking, and Restarants and night clubs at Marina Mazatlan and Golden Zone at 20 minutes.
If you are looking for the Old Mazatlan and touristics but cultural places where to eat or go for a long walk my sugggestions are Plazuela Machado and Municipal Market Pino Suarez at 35 minutes.
