You will love this 3rd floor studio located on the ocean block, across from the Convention Center. Cute condo has a queen murphy bed and a queen sleep sofa that can accommodate a family of 4. Air conditioning, kitchen and washer and dryer included for your convenience. Guests supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This building does not have an elevator. This property rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 off season.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The owners set up this studio to make the most impact with the given space. It has all the basics that you need to make your stay as simple and convenient as possible. It was perfect for my daughter and I. We'd both happily stay again.

Had a wonderful stay

We were impressed by the property. It was perfect for me and my two teenage boys. It had everything we needed to make it feel like home. Will definitely consider booking again for next year.

So i am giving this property a “fair” rating for many reasons. To start, the property management company closes at 5, not 6. They do offer an easy after hour pickup which was very convenient. The overall cleanliness was not great. There is blood stains on the bed bug cover on the mattress, floors were not cleaned so there was big dust bunnies, A LOT of sand all over the floor, furniture hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, sponge was shriveled and old, and the walls and baseboards were dusty. And of course you have to contact the property manager within 2 hours of check in to have it resolved, but they were closed. The place is very convenient when it comes to how close to the beach it is, which is on the same block. Parking isn’t ideal, so if you have a truck with any form of lift or big tires, you aren’t going to fit under the building. Unit is on the top floor, so expect to climb at least 80+ stairs to get up to the room. It is really only good for 2 people. Would not recommend anything else due to the size of the unit. Overall I give it a 2/5 which could be raised to a 3 with a better cleaning crew.

Clean, comfortable, and fun!

This was such a clean and relaxing place to stay. The was plenty of space for me and my husband. When we were rained in, there were many board games and fun things to do within the room itself. I was very impressed with the location and amenities! The balcony was a fun addition too!

Last min getaway.

My husband and I frequent OC and stay at many locations throughout the yr. This studio condo was a first and it worked for us 2. Nice location to walk or bike to many favorites. Condo was as advertised and well stocked. 4 flights of steps might be tough for some and those staying longer with more luggage. View from balcony was nice being high up. Would stay again. Ty:)

This studio condo was exactly what we needed. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions and come back to a great balcony overlooking the hub bub of the city.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for a couples trip and had everything we needed. Very close to everything, most importantly a one minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place with good location

Everything with as described. The studio was clean, and it was VERY close to the beach. It was a bit noisy at night being so close to the street, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a wonderfull stay. The location is within walking distance of many different food and shopping locations. The only thing that I didn't like was that there are a lot of pet hair on the sofa..

Everything was great. Just a few things that needed attention. Towel holder coming off the wall. Shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced . Otherwise the place was aweaome.

great place could have been cleaner

We loved the location and the property, it was decorated so nice and beachy! It had everything we needed. It could have been cleaner. The mattress pad on the bed had something on it when we opened it which was upsetting, thankfully I brought Clorox wipes and was able to clean it, but who wants to clean on vacation!? Overall it was a good stay.

Fun weekend away

The condo was great. Just as described. Cute, plenty for just my boyfriend and I to get away for the long weekend. It’s conveniently located in the heart of OCMD. We walked everywhere, didn’t move my car all weekend. The only issues we had was the sliding glass door is very hard to open and due to the location of the condo, it does seems to get a bit noisy as it is right on the highway. Nothing that would keep me from staying there again though. It was a great weekend!
