The Space:
Spread across 2 levels, El Altos boasts 4 generous sized, tastefully decorated, luxurious bedrooms, each with a large TV. The spacious main living and dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Comfort and warmth are delivered with attention to detail paramount. There are also local channels available for your added entertainment
* Amazon Alexa is provided throughout the property. Alexa is your voice-controlled "personal assistant" which will perform various tasks for you and controls multiple systems.

* A fireplace for heating providing an inviting ambience and warmth for the colder months

* The airy and modern ensuite conveniently connects to the bedroom. Here you'll find all your bathroom necessities including towels, hairdryer, iron, curling iron, soap, shampoo, and conditioner

* Enjoy pool views from the bedroom window


SECOND BEDROOM
* Featuring a luxurious memory foam King bed
* Large walk-in wardrobe with ample storage space

THIRD BEDROOM
* Luxury awaits with a comfortable Queen bed
* Large Smart TV – perfect for a guest retreat
* This bedroom does not have a wardrobe; however, a luggage rack is provided


FOURTH BEDROOM
* A trundle bed provides two additional beds, perfect for extra guests or the kids
* Smart TV makes this an ideal place for the kids to hang out
* The dresser provides space for additional storage
* Wardrobe with ample space to store clothes and luggage

Guest Access:
*Enjoy access to our entire home, as well as the community pool in summer months located roughly 30 yards from the backyard. Pool is heated and open approximately Mid/late May to Mid/Late September. This is dependent on weather. Each home has 2 storage closets in the garage that are for cleaning supplies for the cleaning team.
* Guests are welcome to use the designated parking spots at the end of the street, as well as the two parking spaces available in the garage. Please be advised not to park on the street and obstruct the traffic, as doing so may result in a fine from the HOA.
*Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $200 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.

The Neighborhood:
In a much-loved location, nearby the neighborhood offers several grocery stores including Sprouts, Whole Foods, Smiths, and Walmart. There also are dozens of local restaurants that offer fantastic food at reasonable prices. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area include Casa Taco, Stripes Burritos & Biscuits, Monroes, Scarpas, Thai Vegan, Siam Cafe, Trombino's Bistro Italiano, Buffet King & Sadies.

Activities in this area include Golfing, Hiking, Bicycling, Mountain Biking, Picnicking, In-Line Skating, Arcade, and Go-cart Racing. Some highlights include the Sandia Peak Aerial Tram, North America’s longest aerial tram and Elena Gallegos Park with 640 acres of wide-open spaces to enjoy.

The Eastside is an outdoor haven in ABQ, leading to the Sandia Mountains' foothills. From there, the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway offers scenic rides to the 10,378 ft. summit. It's a year-round destination for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in winter, and biking and hiking in summer. The foothills are ideal for picnics and hikes, including the challenging La Luz trail leading from the base to the peak.
