The attic area includes a shared kitchen, dining room, social area, and a beautiful terrace looking towards the east (mountains). WiFi & all utilities included.
Preferably 1 month or greater lease only, and preferably only females. A quiet & tranquil neighbourhood, and quiet house, perfect for students, visitors, teachers or others who need to be central, with easy access to the city. Near Cra 17 & 39. Minutes walk to Transmilenio Ave 39, and SITP busses. Great location, and ideally located near major universities, tourist destinations, and the Parkway area, with all major banks, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Studied, lived and worked in England and Canada, and worked in Malaysia/Singapore. Presently living in Bogota (Colombia). My wife and I purchased & renovated a period house, and renting rooms for visiting students & professionals.

Close to the international airport, main highways & local transportation lines. Also close to downtown Bogota and all the major museums & tourist sites, and for the students, it is close to most of the major universities.

Being a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood, it is Ideal students and professionals. We are also close to banks, supermarkets and restaurants, in the Parkway area.
