This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is updated and sparkling clean with new laminate floors in the entire house. Great for both traveling professionals (countertop and dining tables, high speed Wi-Fi available) and family gathering. 65" TV is hooked up with Comcast cable service. Enough beds can accept up to 9 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials and ingredients to cook a big meal. A spacious swimming pool and a barbecue grill would provide fun time to family and/or friend gatherings.
Disclosure of security devices: Three Ring security cameras are installed outside. One is on the front showing the entrance area. One is on the back outside of the master bedroom showing the porch area. The other is on the back overlooking the pool area. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

Family Christmas

The home is very clean and inviting. Having garage parking offered peace of mind. Great living space and bedrooms were spacious. The only complaint I’d have is the house backing up to Fowler Rd. is a main road and can be noisy. But worth the price.

We wanted a place near Fresno State for our kids move in weekend. The property was exactly what was described. Great location. All amenities were a short distance away.

National Park Visit

The arrival was super simple! They gave me a code to the front door. The departure, even better. You don’t have to do a thing. As for the home: it’s suitable for a place to sleep when extremely tired. The neighborhood seems safe with kind workers doing yard maintenance and minimal traffic in front of the home. The back of the home is located on a very busy road and the traffic noise is right outside the master bedroom. When we didn’t fall asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow, we heard horns, tires squealing, engines revving. CA has bugs and so did the house. Crickets, small ants, and roaches were in the home. I told them about the ants and crickets and they told me to spray. I didn’t bother telling them about the roaches. When we travel as a family we enjoy cooking together. This home made it difficult. There were no wash rags. (We bought a couple of sponges in order to wash the pots and pans we used). We had to use a shower towel/hand towel for a hot pad, in order to remove food from the oven. The pool was great, however the towel allotment was not. Towel=shower/trivet/pool. I’d suggest you bring your own towel when you stay here. As far as communication with the property managers, I heard from them a day and a half before arriving. I had to reach them through the VRBO business itself. Once I did make contact they were responsive. I had a question on our last morning there, they didn’t respond at all.

We had a lovely stay in this property in Clovis. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication from host was great and check in process was smooth. Convenient location. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was my first stay in a rental property. My girls and I loved the privacy and extra space. I was not happy there was no lighting around the pool. With temps over 100⁰ we wanted a swim after the sun went down since there was no trees or shade blocking the sun from the pool area. What waa really my only complaint.

Great place to stay. Comfy beds. Perfect for a family stay. Only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness is we had to clean the pool. But the house was perfect. We would def stay here again.

Family Reunion

This is our 2nd stay at this location for an annual family reunion. The property is very clean and nicely set up. There are many thoughtful details throughout to help make the stay nice. The host responded quickly to questions we had prior to arriving - and the check in process was seamless. We will return.

Nice house but squeaky beds

The house is just as described in the listing with the exception of the beds. The bedroom in the "Master" room with a bathroom is very loud it makes a crunchy sound every time you move, and the bed frame is squeaky as well. My friend said the other queen bed was the same. I understand the need for mattress protectors but there are quiet ones that are not so terrible. With different mattress protectors and different bed frame (or maybe just tightened bed frame) I would give the house five stars.

99.9/100 Everything was awesome. I knocked it down one tenth of a precent because I could not find small tongs for cooking bacon in the morning but there were at least large BBQ tongs. Othere than that, there was absolutely no complaints

Very comfortable for family

The owner was very easy to work with and the house was perfect for our family. We were in California for a wedding and we are delighted to be able to spend time together in a clean, comfortable home. The neighborhood felt safe there was easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Clovis Oasis

The house was perfect for my family traveling to Clovis for a swim meet. Check in process was smooth and easy. The house was clean and kept cool. We had all that we needed to prepare simple meals during our stay. I’m the only one that hopped in the pool. I enjoyed floating about. Some people have complained in their reviews about the noise from busy street behind the house. It didn’t bother us at all. It was quieter than our country road back home. We would use the property again if available during next year’s meet.

Just as advertised. A great space with just the basics. Close to downtown Clovis and an easy drive to Fresno. Owner was great with communication!

Good enough

Overall happy with the option. Unfortunate that you can’t rent for the whole week. Some communication issues with manager: asked if pool was heated, told us it was, but it is not. I don’t think the intention was to lie, but it was unfortunate because that was important to us. The pool was very cold.
