This very new furnished (June 2012) to benefits "comfort / quality" qualified serious consists of: (i) a night area with separate children's bunk beds 90x200 cm (BULTEX mattresses) and a large cupboard ; (Ii) a bathroom with toilet and shower 80x120 with a low granite catcher for comfort; (Iii) a fitted integrated kitchen opening onto (iv) a living / dining room with a sofa (double bed 140x190 cm). The fitted bay window of his electric shutter ensures continuity between this living room and garden. Between sea and sky, the infinity pool of 60m2, its SPA and its beaches (regulated access) are shared in the quiet with the owners (no other tenant).

Beautiful Location with a very pleasant hosting family.
Max is a very kind host with lots of advices for the area. We stayed one week with two Kids and even If the weather was a mix of everything we had a great time. Even If you stay in the same House the appartment and its terrace is well separated. Georgeous View and Pool makes it a very good choice.

Simply the best!!
If you are looking for the perfect location , accommodation and helpful property manager look no further. Max & Monique have created a wonderful holiday apartment in the perfect quiet and picturesque setting. All facilities in the apartment are first class. The garden , outside dining and barbecue area are private and quiet with a large infinity pool that has beautiful views over the sea just steps away. Max and Monique are so helpful and kind- we cannot recommend this property enough. Best wishes Nige and Mark

Der Aufenthalt bei Max war einfach super. Max ist sehr nett, die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und der Ausblick vom Pool ist einfach einmalig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Un petit havre de paix
La location se trouve dans une résidence très calme , le studio indépendant est bien aménagé avec un extérieur très agréable. Nous avons pu tremper les pieds dans la piscine ( trop fraîche pour la baignade ) avec la magnifique vue sur la mer . Les hôtes sont très accueillants , ils sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients . Ensues la Redonne et Carry le Rouet sont charmants et les calanques magnifiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio attenant à une magnifique villa. Les propriétaires, Max et Monique, étaient aux petits soins et nous ont donné pleins de conseils pour découvrir les environs. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer est géniale et, malgré le fait que la piscine est «partagée », nous avons pu en profiter très librement. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais très abordables. On sent qu’ils aiment recevoir ! Calanques et ballade sympas dans les environs. On vous recommande ce coin et cette adresse encore mieux que sur l’annonce puisque des aménagements ont été réalisés depuis..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le studio de Max. Il a été aux petits soins , il nous a mis à l'aise dans l'appartement, il nous a donné avec détails des conseils et des bons plans des villes avoisinantes. L'appartement est bien équipé. Nous tenons sincèrement à remercier Max pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en couple dans le calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez un ami. Max est très chaleureux, respectueux, ouvert d’esprit, agréable, à l’écoute, il a à cœur de faire de votre séjour un pur bonheur. Il respecte votre intimité et reste très discret durant votre séjour. Il donne de très bons conseils à l’arrivée pour les visites, l’appartement est propre, très bien équipé, la literie est confortable, tout était parfait. Le jardin est spacieux et très joli, le barbecue est de qualité. La piscine est également très propre et grande, température parfaite, le + est vraiment la merveilleuse vue sur la mer et les palmiers. En plus de la piscine, vous avez un jacuzzi à disposition pour vous détendre en plein air. Le logement est également très bien situé, tout est à proximité : les calanques, les plages, de bons restaurants, et la ville de Marseille pour les visites. Großartiger Blick aufs Meer, tolles Appartment, toller Pool und liebenswerte Vermieter
Wir haben hier mit zwei Kindern einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig, das beste ist der Blick von der Terasse über den Pool aufs Meer. Garten und Terrasse sind sehr schön angelegt, hochwertige Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm, nicht gechlort sodass man mit offenen Augen tauchen kann. Außerdem ist auch noch ein Whirlpool vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern groß genug. Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle und Backofen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet sehr leise und angenehm, die Rollläden sind elektrisch zu bedienen. Herzlichen Dank an Max und Monique, die mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft diesen Urlaub zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht haben! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Votre résidence est incroyablement belle, au calme, dans un cadre magnifique qui appelle à la détente. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé.
