Spacious two bedroom apartment located on the second and third floor with two full bathrooms that sleeps up to 8 people. (additional fees apply for large groups) The master bedroom comes with a unique 4 poster Queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in living room and 4 single beds in the upstairs bedroom. All of our apartments are stocked with fresh towels, extra linens, soaps, shampoo, cleaning supplies and coffee. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook with including some basic staples. ( We provide coffee, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper.)
You can access the building anytime after 3 pm on day of check in by using the coded keypad. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
Each unit has its own private entry. The property has a fenced patio garden area with outdoor grill that is shared by all. Plenty of street parking available in front of the building. The Wi-Fi is provided for free and is shared by all guests staying on the property. For the safety of our guests we have motion detection security lights and security cameras on the exterior of the property.
Host requires copy of photo ID before sending check in/entry instructions.
Any extra guest(s) that stays without being declared at booking or prior to arrival will be charged $60.00 per person per night.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the apartments. Persons violating this condition will be subject to the cost of smoke mitigation and remediation or a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00), whichever is higher. Smoking is allowed outside 8 ft from any apartment entrance. Please do not toss cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of them in the the provided ashtrays or the large outside garage cans at the rear of the property.
Citiplex Apartment #2 is located on historic Market Street close to downtown New Albany. New Albany is situated directly across the river from Louisville, Ky with a short 10 minute drive to the YUM center, 4th Street Live, Churchhill Downs, and many other Louisville Attractions.
