Sunny Condo on 145 Acres with Trails & Indoor Pool

Come enjoy this spacious unit that sleeps up to 10 people this unit has a fully equipped kitchen for you and your families cooking needs. Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre gated ocean front community with freshwater lakes. Amenities includes a large pool and hot tub, walking/biking trails, full-service restaurants including Starbucks, and a large sports and fitness center with an indoor pool, tennis courts, and racquetball courts for an extra fee purchased through Kingston Plantation. This is perfect for the golf lovers, remote area to all nearby courses; note that the WATER PARK and private hotel amenities are not included. There are plenty of nearby shopping and grocery stores. Your centrally located vacation hot spot is only minutes to the Grand Strands Restaurant Row.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo as well as community pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Needs a deep cleaning

When checking in the address given to the unit was not correct. Keys were suppose to be in the envelope, they were not. This unit needs a deep cleaning, floors were filthy, our feet were black after being there less than an hour. Nice layout of the unit, very spacious. Could use more than one dishtowel & dishcloth. We done some cleaning so we could be comfortable, the hallway closet was something else, didn't want to be blamed for that so some cleaning was done there as well. Paint is peeling off bathroom ceilings in all 3 baths. Celing fan in one bedroom we didn't use due to when it was turned on it looked like it was going to fall. There appeared to be blood on the one bedroom balcony curtains. Up under the kitchen cupboards was really nasty, I did wipe some there also. The one dining table chair looks as though the legs are broken, we didn't use that chair. The chairs for the dining area & bar need cleaned or replaced. We did enjoy the stay outside of the dirtiness of the unit.

The actual property was nice and spacious. It was not very clean inside the condo. You cannot use the pool unless you have a code to get in the gate which was disappointing.

RENOVATION REQUIRED

This property is in needed of a drastic renovation! Brighton Towers Unit 910 was not cleaned prior to our check-in. Linens were not changed and/or not put on bed(s). Mattress covers and comforters were dingy and nasty! Dryer did not work so we were unable to dry towels which had been washed. Curtain rod in one of the bedrooms was bent down exposing bedroom. The curtains were pinned together to close so no one could see inside the room! There was a rusty bathroom scale & kitchen stove. Chair cushions were very soiled and appeared filthy! The closets were full of things so you are unable to store your items. The balcony was full of chairs and a table with no organization for relaxing! Last but not least…hope you don’t need anything after 5:00PM because we were told as contractors….they were not allowed on Kingston Plantation property after 5:00PM so we could not get our condo cleaned on our first night stay because we arrived to our condo at 5:15PM to discover all the issues and called the front desk at Beach Vacations as directed.

Overpriced needs updating and new beds

This property was very spacious and well equipped. Property needs to be updated and the beds are awful. Prior guests left dirty dishes in the cabinets so we started our visit washing dishes. Would not stay here again due to the beds. Also no one told us there was a trick to getting in the front door. We waited in the hall for 45 minutes until finally a member of the Kingston helped us get in. You have to push the door open. Management returned my call 2 1/2 hours later due to it being after hours. Check in took 45 minutes luckily our room was clean and ready.

Good location for families

WiFi not working and was never resolved. Made 4 calls to management Were told they would contact owners but did not hear from anyone. No voice messages left for management were ever returned Condo kitchen and closets are in total disarray. Had to organize the kitchen to use it and make room for our food. Kitchen full of broken/unusable items. Mattresses need replaced. Family members bought air mattresses rather than sleep in the bed. Location great. Condo common areas very nice.
