Family friendly
This unit starts with family and ends with family. The unit is set up for a large family. Master bedroom with king bed will house the Mom and Dad. Second bedroom is set up with two queens either for grandparents or teenagers. Third parents has a california king and a bunkbed set for the teenagers and little ones. A crib in closet or the pack-n-play can be set up for the toddler. Bring your own boat and put it in our private slip and you can enjoy a day on the water with the family. Catch those fish and bring it home to cook. Have the grandparents watch the kids and go out to any one of the many high end restaurants on the beach. This is a perfect famliy getaway.
The space
Harborview Grande 702 enjoys the large floor plan of all the Harborview Grande condos. Immediately upon entering the door you will receive a sense of the square footage this vacation home has to offer. Open the glass sliders and step out from the modern living room onto the 7th floor balcony and let the relaxing begin as you take in the soothing breeze, salty air, enveloping sunshine and twinkling water on the Clearwater Harbor. Every so often a magical moment comes when the dolphins come out to play, or watching the magical sunsets from the west or the mystical green flash of the morning sunrises.
This family-friendly condo has amenities galore. The full kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, range, refrigerator, microwave dishwasher, double sink, and a collection of convenient, time saving countertop appliances.
The large great room includes a spacious dining room area and a full living room furniture set, including a 50" flat screen TV. The living room ends at a floor to ceiling glass wall with insulated sliding glass doors. Beyond is the patio and a stunning view of Clearwater Harbor with the city of Clearwater on the other side. To the north is a breathtaking view of the heart of Clearwater Beach and peak-a-boo vistas of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom is large, and enjoys its own harbor views with a floor to ceiling glass sliding doors onto the balcony. The en suite master bathroom is connected to the bedroom . The master bathroom includes a separate lavatory room, two sink vanity, large tub, and separate stand up shower.
The unit is a three bedroom, with the two guest bedrooms at the front. They sleep two to three people in each room. A separate hall bathroom sits just outside the doors of the two bedrooms.
The in-unit washer and dryer is in a closet near the hall bathroom.
Flat screen TV's and Wi-Fi in every bedroom, you can stay connected/charged up and up to date on your favorite series, while on vacation.
Rent a boat or unwinterize your boat or jet skis and come down to Clearwater Beach. This updated 1800 sq.ft. waterfront condo is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, centrally located to great dining and entertainment. This is one of the few large condo rentals within a short walking distance to the beach and other amenities with amazing 7th floor views overlooking Clearwater Harbor. There is a secured access pool and hot tub for use on premises. This unit is also one of the few units that has a boat slip available if needed for boats up to 30 feet in length. Either bring your boat and/or jet skis or use one of the popular rental apps, such as boatsetter.com or getmyboat.com to rent a runabout or pontoon and be able to walk out to your fleet first thing in the morning in our private and exclusive slip. With access to a boat, you can bypass the busy beach and enjoy Clearwater like the locals and go to one of the many island beaches or the local beach restautrants and drop anchor. Do a sunset cruise or go out and look for dolphins at your pace. The slip has water and electric hoookup availability and has secured access for slip owner use only.
Cultivate your inner sun worshipper with a little stroll to Clearwater Beach. Sunblock, flip-flops, sunglasses, and your swim suit are the days attire to relax and play in the ocean. The famous sugar white sands entice you to wander, wade in the water and look for shells. At night, the show beings as the sun paints a single panoramic picture of brilliant color in the sky as it melts into the ocean. Truly inspiring, romantic and breath-taking.

Other things to note
Clearwater Beach is a very popular destination point and can get very congested during the peak season. While the complex has 55 dedicated parking spots and 45 secondary non-reserved spots, we advise that you only bring one vehicle because of the possibility that at full capacity, you may not be able to find a spot for a second vehicle. The complex diligently monitors the maximum limit of two vehicles per unit and tows any vehicle that does not show the proper permit. Please adhere to the parking regulations so that your stay is not hampered.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.

Please note that there is NO on-site storage. This includes trailers or carriers. Additionally, if you are driving a vehicle that is either oversized or has a roof storage container, you must park in front of the building in an unreserved spot. The garage clearance will not accommodate oversized vehicles or roof carriers. Enter the property along the waterside drive and go around the building to the front parking area.
Like every private residence, there are rules that all owners and guests must adhere to. Many of those rules are posted on each floor outside of the elevator banks and on signage through the complex. A few rules typically need to be reinforced: Please do not hang clothes or towels on balcony railings. Please respect parking. If there is confusion, please contact me and i will gladly assist. Please do not save pool side chairs for others. Use them if you are there, but make them available to others if you are not using them. Please stay off docks unless you have permission from the dock master.
Docks are for boat slip owners and approved guests only. Also, for safety purposes, please do not walk under the entry and exit gates. Please adhere to those rules so that everyone's stay can be enjoyed. Also PLEASE watch young children at all times, especially around the docks, seawall, parking area and pool.
As a sidenote, our cleaning fees have been adjusted to reflect and adhere to CDC cleaning guidelines. We take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed. Additionally, we have all the linens professionally laundered. We realize this adds to the cost of rental, but your safety is of paramount importance and hope you understand why we do this.
We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. In 2020, during the pandemic, the State of Florida temporarily banned vacation rentals, causing great hardship not only to the vacation rental business but to travelers who had put down significant deposits and down payments on their vacation plans.
For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason")
Also, one final note to remember. Like all vacation destinations, there are climate events that can dampen a trip. If you book in the summer or fall, we are in hurricane and red tide season and there is always a risk that your trip will be affected. Absent the county or State closing the beaches, it is your responsibility to insure your trip. We hope you will have a great stay, but we provide no guarantees that the weather will cooperate or there will not be some other local event that dampens your trip. On a positive note, our building, Harborview Grande, was built to code with hurricane windows and sliding glass doors. You should feel confident that our building can withstand hurricane force winds so long as you close the windows and doors during the storm. All we ask is that if a storm is approaching, to bring in the patio furniture or call us to bring it in so that it they don't thrash in the wind and potentially compromise the hurricane glass. And if the county recommends you evacuate, do not question it and evacuate. It is better to be safe than sorry.
