Home away from Home!

Please read all. A fully furnished second story one bedroom apartment, full kitchen and private entrance. Please note, apt is directly over the owner's master bedroom. Please also note, furniture is not to be rearranged. We are 2 blocks off of I -275, 20 minutes away from TPA. 20 blocks away from downtown St.Pete, which offers museums, a Saturday morning farmers market, restaurants, and a fun night life! 21 blocks away from Tropicana Field! This space hopes to provide a peaceful, restful stay. Guests have access to owners Tiki Bar, grill, gazebo and patio area in a fenced in private backyard. Space is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned between guests. Max stay is 21 days, owner requires identification because listing is where owner's family lives. Please upload copy of ID with booking request. No minors allowed to book, no little children (for safety reasons) or pets allowed. Listing is as pictured, please look at all photos to make sure it's a good fit. I like to personally greet all of my guests and go over the unique features of my listing, Thank you for considering my listing!

Most Excellent!
We loved Suzanne's place so much! She provides everything you may need & even things you didn't know you needed. Her backyard is lovely, private & you may even get a visit with a lizard or two :) We really appreciated her genuine hospitality and I feel like I made a new friend <3.

Suzanne's place was wonderful. A relaxing and chill little hideaway with everything you could need. Suzanne was a great host, super attentive and helpful and also very friendly.

What a wonderful trip!
Super host very accommodating and very nice. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Don't worry to much if you forget , more than likely they will already have it there.
