About this property

This elegantly furnished property is located on domain on a hillside in St. Aygulf, with panoramic views of the ocean and the massif de l' Estérel, 5 minutes to sandy beaches and delicious beach restaurants.
St Tropez and its famous Pampelonne beach is a 35 minute drive away, the Golf of Roquebrune is located 15 minutes and the St. Maxime boutiques, cafés and antique markets are just 10 minutes away.
Just down the hill in the village is a fresh fruit and vegetable market every morning. You may also get your baguette and pain au chocolate and you will find meat, fish and traitors shops around the market.
The property is on 1000 m2 of landscaped gardens with palm, olive, lemon and mandarine trees, roses, lavender and rosemary shrubs. The house is 200 m2 and has 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, 1 twin that might be used as 2 single beds) all with ocean views and 2 bathrooms.

The house is furnished in the cosy and relaxed 'Riviera maison style'. Reclaimed oak beams with vaulted ceilings give a nice atmosphere to the place. The colors are kept in beige, whites and pale yellows. The kitchen is a Provencal kitchen with a Lacanche Cuisinière, two ovens, micro oven, Nespresso machine, TV and invites to cook delicious meals. Egyptian cotton sheets, bath and pool towels are at your disposal. You will enjoy to read a book in the library, listen to your favorite music in front of the cheminée or spend your afternoons in the hamac on the terrace with the warm breeze of the ocean blowing through your hair.
A well equipped outdoor kitchen will inspire for delicious barbecues and you will gather for long meals around the inviting teack table under the shady terrace (up to 8 persons). The pool is heated and contains salt water. Around the pool you will find lounge chairs and beds to enjoy the sun the whole day.

Activities are available from water sports and tennis through horse riding, golf, hiking, walking and so on. It is the perfect hideaway for families or a party of friends that want to spend some great days at the Cote d'Azur!

Very nice villa

We had a lovely time in a fantastic villa in Saint Aygulf, everything was fine. The swimmingpool was clean and cool for the time of this season.

Lovely holiday

The house was tastefully decorated, well equipped and the views were stunning. The pool was ideal for swimming lengths. St Aygulf has a beach and restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away, and there are water activities like jet skiing available locally.

Schitterende villa met heerlijk zwembad

De villa is stijlvol ingericht. Vanaf het terras heb je een schitterend uitzicht over zee en er is een mooi zwembad. Enige minpunt is dat er slechts 1 WiFi punt is, waardoor je alleen binnen in de woonkamer ontvangst hebt.

Villa with a lot of charm and a terrific view

The House is located in St Aygulf, a quiet neighboorhood of Frejus. You can walk to the beach but it is also quite easy to reach different beaches in Ste Maxime, Frejus or St Raphaël with the car. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms. The House was very well equiped and has a lot of charm. Check-in process was easy and the House was very clean and well prepared when we arrived, thank you so much Sandrine ! Best is the outside with a terrific view and a nice swimming pool. We'll come back !

Très belle villa agréable et vue magnifique

Très belle villa et vue magnifique sur la mer. Maison bien équipé avec superbe piscine. Manque néanmoins une climatisation et des ustensiles de cuisine un peu plus corrrecte. Dommage aussi que les ventilateurs au plafond ne fonctionnaient pas. L’accès à la mer nécessite de prendre la voiture. Nous avons passez un très bon séjour.

Très beau séjour

Très jolie villa, vue imprenable sur baie de st Raphael , dans les hauteurs de st Aygulf, très calme et reposante. La villa est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes maximum. Les gardiens : Sandrine et Philippe sont très sympathiques et professionnels . Un bel endroit pour des vacances reposantes et agréables en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande !

Yust wonderfull

Die Villa liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung ist äusserst geschmackvoll. Der Empfang vor Ort ist bestens organisiert mit Sandrin. Die Kommunikation ist einfach und unkompliziert. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Just a place to relax.

Überdurchsnittliche Ausstattung mit viel liebe zum Detail - sehr sicheres Haus mit Alarmanlage. Zuverlässige Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Geheizter Pool und Grill, welche tadellos funktionieren. Meine Frau und ich fühlten uns sehr wohll in diesem Haus und würden es auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Barbara & Mark

Perfekte Ferien

Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen im August gemietet und waren rund um begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen liebevoll, hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, liegt fantastisch und bietet jeden Tag einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, die eine Familie zum urlauben braucht und der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einerseits ruhig, andererseits nahe genug am Ort, dass die täglichen Besorgungen ohne großen Aufwand erledigt werden können. Wir waren schon häufig zu Gast in der Region und auch anderweitig in hochwertigen Unterkünften, aber hier kann man wirklich uneingeschränkt sagen: perfekt.

Highly recommended!

Fantastic location on the top of the hill with spectacular views on the gulf of Frejus and St.Raphael. The house is spacious, well organized and everything is thought through. The patio, pool area and the surroundings are gorgeous, too. This house is a treat!

We love to work on projects together and have great laughs.Michael is a wounderfull cook and I assist him while he prepares lovely dishes in the kitchen.

Why they chose this property

Michael and I come to south of France since 1996, at least 2 times a year. We actually fell in love with the country side in Ramatuelle which is 45 min. away from St. Aygulf. We then found out that in Wintertime Ramatuelle is very lonely and that is why we decided for St. Aygulf which has the advantage to be a place you can stay all year round. It is located 45 minutes from the Airport Nizza and in 35 Minutes you are in St Tropez. The home is sitting on a hill in a residential area with a nice neighberhood, close to the beaches (5 minutes) and the beach restaurants. The next golf are the golf of Roquebrune or the golf of St. Maxime which are each 15 minutes away. A tennis court is in the community and water activities, horseback riding, WTT and hiking are available within 5 minutes driving distance.
