Enjoy luxury accommodations and super easy access to the amazing Deer Valley Ski Resort less than a mile away. Nestled in the Aspens and Evergreens in a quiet Lower Deer Valley neighborhood, 2424 Gilt Edge Circle strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and a tranquil mountain retreat.

This newly and fully remodeled and professionally decorated 2500 sq. ft townhouse sleeps up to 11 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a bonus loft upstairs that doubles as a second living room area with a large flatscreen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. For your entertainment we provide HD DVR TV’s, extended cable channels, movie channels, Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Flat screen TVs in each bedroom, lots of games and puzzles

A free Deer Valley shuttle picks guests up right at the driveway and is available to catch for a ride home from the resort. There is a Park City Bus stop 0.2 miles from the condo that will take you anywhere from Main Street to Woodward and anywhere in between.

Want to stay closer to the townhouse? The Brass Tag restaurant and Bar Is located in the The Lodges right up the Queen Esther Drive. A few minutes further and there is Deer Valley Café and Grocery, a local favorite for breakfast or lunch.

THE MAIN LEVEL:
The main level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliance, gas range, separate bar area with undercabinet beverage refrigerator, counter seating for 3 and dining table seating for 8. Adjoining living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas log remote controlled fireplace, giant windows with roller shades and a huge 65” Smart HDVR TV with extended cable, movie channels and high speed wifi for streaming videos. Off the main living room is the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bath including a soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. Entry area from the garage has a mudroom area with bench, storage, hooks and boot dryers. The back deck welcomes the sun with a luxurious private 7-person hot tub, table seating for 8 and gas BBQ for grilling.

THE SECOND LEVEL:
A sizeable upstairs primary suite has a king bed, 55" Smart HDTV and private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds with 2 twin beds above, 55" Smart HDTV and an adjoining full bath. Laundry closet in the hallway has a full-size front-loading Washer and gas Dryer. The cozy loft has a Queen Sleeper sofa, lots of games, and a 55” HDVR TV.

HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 11 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

COVID-19 POLICY

***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:

1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.

2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.

3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.

4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.

5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.

6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.

7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Deer Valley trip
We had a wonderful trip to Deer Valley and enjoyed 3 days of skiing. The property we stayed at was outstanding with everything that we needed to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. We prepared all our meals at house and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Transportation to and from the base lodge was free and convenient. I can’t say enough good things about our host, Bo, who made everything easy with the VRBO rental. He communicated very well and was immediately responsive to any questions. Great trip.

Incredible stay at beautiful property
We recently stayed at this beautifully renovated home at the perfect location in Park City/Deer Valley. Even on a crowded day, the drive to Park City base is less than 10 minutes, and you could practically walk to Deer Valley. The photos in the post were perfectly indicative of the property. From the bedding, to the kitchen utilities, the house has everything two families would need for a perfect weeklong vacation. The owner was very responsive and a breeze to work with. The bunk room was spectacular, and the dual masters with kings made this the perfect vacation home. Five stars across the board.

Perfect Ski Getaway for a Girls' Weekend!
Our group of eight stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is beyond cute, with every little detail thoughtfully designed to make it cozy, stylish, and functional. It had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay.The location is fantastic—super close to the mountain, and the free shuttle made getting to the base of Deer Valley so easy. You can request a pickup right from the house via the app, which was such a game changer for getting to the slopes without any hassle.One of the best parts was the incredible guest guide that Bo, the owner, provides. It had every detail we could possibly need, plus amazing recommendations for restaurants, après-ski spots, and things to do in town. It made planning our days so seamless!Overall, this rental was the perfect home base for a fun ski weekend with friends. We loved every moment and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family and friends to stay. There was enough room and sleeping arrangements for everyone. You are in the heart of deer valley in a good private neighborhood but still really close to all the slopes.

This property was exactly as listed. Very beautiful, functional and newly renovated. Very comfortable layout with lovely furnishings and lots of natural light. The location is off the beaten path and very peaceful. The fireplace and hot tub are major bonuses. Loved this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

This place was excellent. We had 3 couples and they all had the privacy of their own bathroom. The home itself was immaculately clean and very up to date. All of the amenities were spot on. The shuttle to the mountain was so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Bo was incredibly helpful and very responsive and easy to reach.

This is our second summer staying two weeks at this BEAUTIFUL townhouse. The renovations completed in 2023-24 were a bonus .. the place looks amazing but more importantly it’s managed extremely well. Everything is in order upon arrival and a simple check in. Everything worked and the location is unbeatable. Any questions or concerns we’re immediately handled. Can’t wait to book this place again for next year!

We absolutely loved this townhouse and the lower deer valley location. I honestly think it’s the number one spot in all of park city. Convenient and close to town yet secluded and quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Bo was extremely helpful (not that we needed much) and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood
The house was well set up and comfortable. All of the appliances are modern and function well. Close by there are two large ponds with a walk path and benches for sitting. We enjoyed strolling and watching the ducks and cute ducklings and speaking with friendly residents and visitors.

Recently renovated, looks exactly like the photos. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, great layout and a lot of space for our group of adults and kids. Has everything you need. Ski shuttle was so convenient and close drive to town. Backyard (of snow) was very convenient for kids to play in. Bo was very responsive, had a couple very minor things and he addressed right away. We all agreed how typically when renting houses we are ready to leave it by the end our stay, but we actually wanted to stay in this house longer. Look forward to returning to Deer Valley and staying here again or another one of Bo's properties.

The perfect Holiday spot
My 2 daughters and I stayed over the Christmas Holiday and it was magical. I originally thought we might have more people, but with Covid, it ended up being only the 3 of. The house could've easily slept more people, so I would definitely stay here again with a bigger group. However, we were grateful to have the space to ourselves and absolutely loved watching it snow from the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was cozy and just like the photos and Bo even provided a few extra sleds for us. The communication was seamless and we enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful Deer Valley/Park City Townhouse
Wonderful accommodations for 3 couples on a Park City ski trip. Great fireplace with plenty of wood, indoor hot tub to relax in (and stay out of the cold), and nice garage for a car and skies. The townhouse had plenty of room and was sell stocked with all the comforts of home. Bo was very responsive when we had some questions. Super location for access to Deer Valley Ski Resort and only minutes to PC downtown with lots of restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking garages in PC too (although there is usually a minimal charge). I would highly recommend this townhouse if you are looking for 3 bedroom/3+ bath accommodations in the Park City area.

Great stay!
We stayed at this location to spend time with colleagues from work in deer valley. It was a great place for us. We only had three people and It had plenty space. Easy to get to both deer valley lodge or park city by bud or car. I actually walked up to deer valley lodge one day. The condo was clean, beds were super comfortable and it had everything you need for a vacation. I would stay here again.

During the winter, the Queen Esther neighborhood is known for their 'winter lights' around the property and that are visible from all the townhouse windows. Guests can build a snowman in the yard or walk down Queen Ester toward Deer Valley Drive if they are interested in trying out the neighborhood sledding hill! Or opt to say inside and enjoy the cozy fire or relax in the 7-person private hot tub!

This townhouse is a gem in the summer as well! Guests can bike or hike right from the house and are close to outdoor concerts at Deer Valley and to summer festivities on Main Street.
