The Villa and property is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation and has a beautiful view of the Konavle valley. This villa is perfect for those seeking a fun, yet quit and relaxing holiday in Dubrovnik, south Croatia. Families, friends and business guests are welcome!
Next to the villa is the Kameni Dvori Tavern. It is a place where traditional local dishes are prepared and cooking class can be organized. Menu is available in the villa, so guests can order some homemade specialties.
The complex was recently renovated in traditional style and moderately upgraded. The holiday villa has retained its stone and wooden beams, combined with robust fireplace and restored traditional furniture to keep the spirit of passed times, however providing today’s modern technologies, LCD satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool, etc. Obviously, all guests may use our Free Wireless Internet available throughout the complex.

Hi, my name is Nike and I live in a small village 30 km away from Dubrovnik. I am renting a beautiful villa and a romantic cottage. Both properties are located at peaceful and quiet area where you can enjoy in the nature, sun, the birds song, the warm nights and the starry sky.
My family, who lived at the same place for over 500 years, has Kameni Dvori Tavern located next to the Family Holiday Villa where You have opportunity to taste our homemade local meals & wine or join our Culinary Experience.

This property was passed down through the generations. I love this place. I enjoy in peace and quite nature while cultivating a garden and olive grove with my family. Out of season this is definitely my corner of the world for my househusband and me.

My family live on this property for centuries. Each generation built something new. We are proud that we have renovated our house for rental 12 years ago. Everything in this Villa has a personal touch. View at the mountain side and valley is wonderful. Colorful Eco garden with fresh vegetables and fruits is really special.
