The Cozy Wacoan, Welcome and Enjoy

Enjoy a worry free stay in Waco, Texas. Here you can take a break while having all the comforts of your own home. A short 20 minute drive to downtown Waco, Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for your day to day meals. The coffee bar will help get your started in the mornings with our many coffee cups, Keurig, and different coffee flavors. The house also has a dog run in the back yard for your 4 legged friends to enjoy. The washer and dryer will help you refresh your clothes for your trip to continue on its merry way. The home is equipped with outdoor video cameras for the safety of our guests. Host lives in the area and is available to help if needed.

First Family time with college Freshman kid

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Waco for our grandson playing in the Little League World Series regional tournament. The house was great for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Also the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Neighborhood was great - safe, family friendly. Property had everything we needed, plus a stocked coffee bar. Comfy beds and living room, plenty of room for our family. Great communication from the owner. Loved the extra touches like NERF guns and games for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again!

This was the 3rd time to stay at this lovely home. It is always very clean, and is the perfect home away from home. We stayed this time for Christmas and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree and decor throughout the home that made our stay even more special. The host is extremely responsive! Would definitely recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back when we visit Waco!

Farewell Adventure
We came back to Waco to celebrate our son who was moving overseas. The house was PERFECT and all we could ask for. The bonus was Baskin Robins (ice cream shop) that literally just opened down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are home. If we ever come back to Waco, we will stay here for sure!

My husband & I had a great time at this location. The house was welcoming, clean & decorated nicely. Kyle was communicative & made the checking in process so easy. Great Property, good location. Neighborhood was a little crowded with cars and roof repair companies from a previous storm that rolled through but it was manageable. We had a great time in Waco, house was 15 minutes from the downtown area which made it super convenient. Only downfall we had was the dog run area was overgrown and couldn’t be used by my small dogs, the shower head in the MBR was a little small for my 6’2” frame and there was not 1 single blanket to be found in the home but we got by. All in all it was a good stay and we would rent again if we came back.

Great location and neighborhood for Waco trip
This was a great house for a short trip to Waco. Each room was well set up and it was clean. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The host supplied coffee bar and all kitchen needs. There were dogs next door that barked all afternoon almost every day which was a slight nuisance but not something that would keep us from coming back. The only feedback I have for the host would be updating the pots and pans - several were bent and some of the non-stick parts were coming off. Other than that, the house was as described.
