Charming isolated house on the edge of the forest (without any opposite) but very close to Gérardmer. Furnished 3 stars tourism.
The house is always ready to welcome you with LINVOSGES high-end linens for any week of rental.
Spacious and well equipped house: Central heating and wood stove.
On the ground floor: a small veranda, an entrance, a dining room with wood stove, a small very cocooning living room which can be a 3rd bedroom (sofa bed 160/200 cm bed system express new very comfortable), a kitchen all equipped (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, raclette grill, pierrade, waffle maker)
Upstairs two large bedrooms (15m2 and 20m2) and a bathroom with toilet.
A bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and a trundle bed that sleeps 2 beds 90x190cm.
A second bedroom with 3 single beds and a cot available.
The house has a huge plot (5000 m2) on the edge of the forest with deer and squirrels for company. Small streams line the terrain.
Of course you have at your disposal a large terrace, garden table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the garden.
The house is served by a small path. Snow tires needed in winter.

Geweldige rustige plek

2 weken verbleven op een geweldige rustige plek. ruim huis met een gastvrije verhuurder. Alles in de buurt maar toch afgelegen heerlijke uitvalsbasis om dit mooie gebied te ontdekken. het huis is voldoende toegerust om ons met 6 personen te huisvesten.

Un très bon séjour reposant

Chalet idéalement placé à moins de 10 min en voiture de Gérardmer, et de toutes commodités. L emplacement est idéal pour être au calme, le plus proche voisin est à 300m, on ne voit pas la route, on est entouré d'arbres, de prairies. Le petit plus le petit ruisseau à 50 m de la terrasse, très agréable. L intérieur très bien équipé, agréable, déco actuelle, 2 salles de bains, 2 chambres ( + 1 salon avec canapé convertible), cuisine équipée, 2 sdb. Très propre, propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande à 100%. Un vrai coin paisible avec des chemins de randonnées à proximité.

Een prachtig huis op een droomplek

We hebben 3 fantastische weken gehad in dit prachtige huisje! Het was voor ons de eerste keer dat we in de Vogezen waren en we zijn verliefd geworden op de mooie omgeving! Prachtige watervallen, beekjes, meren en bergen! We hebben alleen heel erg veel regen gehad en ook dan is het fijn om in een huisje te zitten en niet ergens op een camping. Het huisje ligt erg afgelegen en je hoort en ziet geen buren. We hebben 3 weken lang enorm genoten van de prachtige tuin en het beekje achter het huisje. De wifi in het huisje was goed. Dat was wel heel fijn, want er is verder geen 3G of 4G internet. Het contact met Silvaine was ook goed. Silvaine spreekt goed Engels. En daarnaast was ze ook erg betrokken. Het was voor de maand juli/augustus niet bepaald warm en ze vroeg nog heel lief of we verwarming nodig hadden en merkte op dat we de houtkachel ook mochten gebruiken. Verder waren bij aankomst de bedden opgemaakt en lagen er handdoeken klaar. Echt super! Dat scheelde ook in de auto weer een tas met bagage. In de omgeving is verder erg veel te doen. In 10 minuten ben je Gérardmer. In het huisje ligt verder een map met allerlei tips voor leuke uitjes. Daarnaast zijn er in de nabije omgeving heel veel supermarkten. Ook is er in Gérardmer een Action (hier hebben we wat knutselspullen voor de kinderen gehaald, vanwege het slechte weer). Wij komen heel graag nog een keer terug!

Schönes und wundervoll gelegenes Haus in der Nähe von Gerardmer

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wohl vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden, und ideal für 4 Erwachsene (es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon - wenn ich mich recht erinnere - mit einem weiteren Einzelbett). Es gibt außerdem ein zweites Wohnzimmer, das durch eine Tür abgetrennt ist. Der kleine Holzofen macht das Esszimmer sehr heimelig warm, und es war genug Holz vorhanden. Das nächste Haus ist vielleicht 300m entfernt, eine zweispurige Landstrasse ca. 100 Meter wie auch die kleine Nebenstrasse über die man dass Haus erreicht. Gerardmer ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Gelände um das Haus ist großzügig und kann im Sommer bestimmt gut zum Spielen benutzt werden. Ein kleiner Bach fließt in etwa 50 m vom Haus entfernt durch das Tal. Im unteren Bad riecht man die Ölheizung, aber dies stört nicht sehr. In den Schlafzimmern könnten die Lichter etwas heller sein, und wenn 4 Leute in den 2 Badezimmern kurz hintereinander duschen wird das Warmwasser relativ schnell knapp. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und für ca. 70 Euro kann man sich die Endreinigung sparen. Leider regnete es meistens in der Woche in der wir im Haus waren. Gerardmer ist eine entzückende kleine Stadt an einem See gelegen, mit vielen Restaurants und mehreren guten Supermärkten.

Séjour au calme

Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans la maison de Sylvaine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a remis les clés en mains propres. Sylvaine est très sympathique et a été réactive à nos demandes. Le logement est spacieux et nous a paru plus grand par rapport aux photos. Il est très bien équipé et le salon dispose d'un vrai canapé confortable (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations). Les lits sont également confortables, nous avons très bien dormis. La maison est bien située, au calme, à plusieurs centaines de mètres de toutes habitations, tout en restant proche de Gérardmer, des lacs et de diverses activités. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

La "Maison Bleue"

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis pour un week end dans la Maison Bleue par Sylvaine qui nous a permis de prolonger l'heure de départ. Le chalet est isolé en bordure de forêt avec un grand espace. La terrasse est grande et belle. Nous avons fait des grillades puisque le temps était de la partie. L'intérieur est cosy, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine bien équipée. Il n'y manque rien. C'est un havre de paix où l'on a passé un magnifique week end. A refaire !

Erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt

Das blaue Häuschen bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und alle habe Gefallen an diesem Schmuckstück gefunden. Für Gross und Klein gibt es viel zu bieten. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat so gut wie alles, was man benötigt und die Badezimmer bieten viel Platz. Vor allem das untere Bad ist top. Die Kinder haben sich mit den vorhanden Spielsachen drinnen und draussen vergnügen können. Die Terrasse lädt zum Grillieren oder gemütlichem Beisammensein ein. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist schnell einfeuert und gibt angenehm war. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Gerardmer, wo es einen schönen See hat mit Bademöglichkeit oder man mit dem Stand Up Paddle die Umgebung erkunden kann. Sylvaine ist eine zuverlässige Gastgeberin und wir werden gerne wieder zum blauen Häuschen zurückkehren.

Schön gelegenes, ruhiges Haus im Grünen

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem schön und ruhig gelegenem Haus. Hier kann man richtig entspannen. Das haus ist sehr gut Ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Gut fand ich auch das man mit locker 6 Erwachsenen das Haus nutzen kann Das haus eignet sich perfekt um einen schönen Wander oder Mountainbike Urlaub zu haben. Ich würde das haus sofort wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich. We had a nice stay in this beautiful and quiet house. Here you can really relax. The house is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen everything was there. I also found it good that you can easily use the house with 6 adults The house is perfect for a nice hiking or mountain biking holiday. I would book the house again immediately. The contact with the hostess was always very friendly.

Très sympa

Le chalet est fonctionnel et très bien situé si vous voulez être un peu coupé du monde. Le terrain est superbe et l'endroit également. J'aurais aimé, que ce soit précisé sur l'annonce que l'autoroute n'est pas si loin et que nous l'entendions en fond. Sinon dans l'ensemble, le tout été propre et accueillant même si certaines surprises ont été de la partie ( éponges vaisselles bonnes à jeter..) Et de découvrir seulement en arrivant que un toilette sur 2 était fonctionnel, nous aurions préféré le savoir avant. Sinon, super accueil, super endroit, super chalet et superbe vue. Il y fait bon vivre.

LA MAISON BLEUE

Une maison bleue isolée dans un endroit superbe entourée de beaux sapins. Nous avons été reçu par Sylvaine et nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse. Agréable maison bleue pleine de surprise

Accueil fonctionnel. Endroit unique, à l'orée de la forêt. Quelques belles surprises non indiqués dans les descriptifs. Une belle véranda pour commencer, un petit ruisseau en contre bas dans lequel les enfants ont joué tous les jours. Il manque des rangements dans la chambre du bas, et de façon générale, les meubles à disposition sont déjà bien remplis. Dommage aussi la D8 qui passe à une cinquante de mètres plus haut, malgré cela l'endroit est paisible. Beaucoup d'espace à notre disposition

Super locatie, prima huis

Wij, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, twee hele mooie weken beleefd in the blue mansion. Het is er erg rustig, de toegangsweg wordt eigenlijk alleen door bestemmingsverkeer gebruikt. Het enige wat je er hoort is de D8, maar dat mocht bij ons de pret niet drukken. De tuin biedt veel ruimte om met de jeugd te spelen en het smalle beekje in de achtertuin heeft uren avontuur opgeleverd. Het huis zelf is lekker koel in de zomer, is netjes en heeft alle gemakken die je nodig hebt.

Excellent Séjour

Propre, calme et reposant. Bien loin du tumulte de Gérardmer et des stations au moment des fêtes. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille. Une belle surface habitable en plaine nature pour se ressourcer.
