Rental includes access to the neighborhood pool and spa as well as access to the heated pool and special events at the newly renovated Estate Club.

Charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated in the Pavilions with a 2 private decks with patio access from 3 rooms overlooking the lagoon and gorgeous Gainey landscaping. Light and bright, large open floor plan in a top corner location with a formal dining room. The kitchen features granite countertops, wine storage, and wood floors. The master retreat has two closets with built-in shelving & private bath with dual sink granite vanity, tub & tiled shower. Guest bath also has a granite vanity. Highspeed wi-fi with 4 TVs. including Prime Amazon movies and Netflix free. Located within walking distance to shopping, dining - Hyatt- Golf and near Salt River Field, Talking Stick etc.

Condo is complete with in-unit laundry machines, 2 car garage with direct access, comb. lock to enter through the garage and smart camera on the front door. 24 Hour Guard Gate. Gainey amenities include the Estate Club with its Olympic pool (heated year-round), gym & workout facility, court tennis, and media room tennis/pickleball.

This is our home. You will be our1st guest and only guest for the year. We rent only
once a year. There is a difference between disinfecting and cleaning, we do both.

Perfect location, incredibly clean

As described, this is a home, not a sterile rental, and it was impeccably clean. Gainey Ranch is close to everything that matters to people who want to relax and “live” in Scottsdale, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The home’s walls are lined with art and the kitchen cabinets are filled with every imaginable item for cooking, baking, storage and serving. Both beds are super comfy and baths roomy. Despite being hours ahead in Europe, Robert was very responsive to our questions and needs. We also gladly employed the services of their regular house cleaner who is top-notch.
