Very central location, in the heart of historical Montorgueil street, pedestrian and very lively district (café, restaurants) with many shopkeepers (bakeries, cheesemongers, market-garden)
Brand new apartment completely renovated with an architect in november 2012
Decoration mixing typical Parisian style (genuine exposed wood beams, wooden floor) and modern style. Entrance, large kitchen completely equipped, wide living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with a large shower italian style, individual restrooms, many closets, heaters in each room,1 comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room
Amenities: fully equipped apartment with Wifi internet, flat screen TV and international channels, kitchen with all equipments (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), laundry machine, iron, iron table, hair dryer.
Shuttle direct access to the apartment from international airports (30mn + 10mn walk). 10mn from Eurostar train station (Gare du Nord) with metro. Metro station, bus, taxi in front of the apartment.

We had a great stay!

Jean-Francois went above and beyond to ensure we were able to easily find the apartment upon our arrival in France, and easily get checked in. The apartment was great, and was really well located.

A central apartment

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the second district of Paris, close to a multitude of eateries, bars, etc. Easy to get to from CDG airport. Close to the Louvre, the Metro can take you many places easily. I think you’ll like it!

Charming is the perfect description

Our staying in the flat has been relaxing and absolutely comfortable. The apartment is cousy, extremely silent, warm and relaxing. It's very close to metro station and nearby you can find whatever you may need in order to let you stay relaxed and full-serviced. The organisation of the travel has been clear and detailed. I would recemmend it for sure, and I will surely choose this flat once again.

Excellent apartment and landlord

We can strongly recomment this apartment. It started with a very polite and reliable email conversation. Every information is detailed. The owner pays very much attention of the customer´s arrival and needs. The apartment itself is outstanding: beautiful, clean and quiet and in addition it is located in one of the best areas to stay for sightseeing, shopping and having dinner. We will for sure try to get this apartment anytime we will be back in Paris.

Appartement paisible dans un quartier animé!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement de charme du 5 au 12 octobre 2013 et avons été très satisfaits! Nous étions 4 adultes pour 3 nuits et 2 adultes pour terminer la semaine. C'était très acceptable même pour 4 adultes considérant que nous étions à l'extérieur dans le jour pour les visites. L'appartement offre tout l'espace requis et pratique pour le rangement (même pour ranger les valises), est très propre et offre les commodités requises. Nous sommes tombés amoureux du quartier et tout particulièrement de la charmante rue Montorgueil qui grouille de petits commerces, marchés, restos et cafés. Le propriétaire a tout fait pour rendre notre arrivée et notre séjour faciles. Nos restos préférés : La Grille, La Perla et le Bianco. Vive Paris et le quartier Montorgueil!

VERY NICE APARTMENT

Our stay at the apartment was perfect. Jean-Francois is very kind and the zone is wonderful, near the principle museums. There are a lot of restaurants and shops where to buy a good french food. The property is cosy, clean and comfortable for four people. Our holidays have been fantastic. We'll recommend this flat to our friends and we expect to return soon.

Feliz estancia en Paris

Hemos estado una semana aproximadamente alojados en esta propiedad y ha contribuido en gran medida al exito de nuestras vacaciones. Queríamos una casa ya que tenemos dos niños y necesitamos cocinar a diario. También que estuviera muy céntrica, dado que no queríamos alquilar coche. Visitamos paseando muchos lugares y al lado de la casa teníamos metro y tren. A ambos lados de la casa teníamos supermercado, farmacias y restaurantes para todo tipo de culturas y paladares. la información que nos dejó el propietario nos vino muy bien. La casa, además de una limpieza para muy exigentes, estaba decorada y vestida con un gusto exquisito. Su propietario nos atendió puntualmente y con agrado . Por supuesto que la recomendamos.

Sehr gut

Das Apartment sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern , es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber . Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern und der Platz reicht vollkommen aus . Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist sehr komfortabel und bequem . Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut , wenn man den Hinterhof verlässt ist man direkt auf einer sehr belebten Straße mit vielen Geschäften , Cafés und Restaurants. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten z.b. Eiffelturm, Louvre sind zu Fuß oder günstig mit dem Bus oder Taxi zu erreichen . Der Vermieter Jean-François ist sehr hilfsbereit wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und er hat mir geholfen ein Parkhaus in der Nähe des Apartments zu finden das frei ist . Wenn wir nochmal nach Paris fahren, werde wir wieder dort wohnen. Absolutely Fabulous

This is a location not to be missed. Our entire experience with this facility, from initial correspondence until bidding goodbye was highly professional and extremely positive. On entering the apartment we felt at home, as the photo's that we had viewed many times before were exactly what we saw before us. Everything was perfect and clean. The flat provided everything needed and of a high quality. The area the apartment is situated in is vibrant and offered everything we needed. The street outside is lined with many restaurants, bars and shops to fulfill your every need. This is definitely a place that I will return to. Highly recommended!!

Appartement de choix

J`ai loué cet appartement une semaine en mai et j`ai beaucoup apprécié. Il est parfait pour 2 a 4 personnes. De bon goût, bien équipé , sécuritaire et surtout très bien situé sur une rue piétonnière où l`on trouve de tout. C`est facile de s`y rendre depuis CDG par RER. Le propriétaire était sur place à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir. On ne se trompe pas avec cet appartement.

Un appartement raffiné et élégant

Pas de doute nous sommes dans le bon goût. Cet écrin offre un bel espace de vie en fonds de cour qui ne manque pas de charme. Séduit par son design et son emplacement au coeur du quartier piétonnié de Montorgueil, nous avons apprécié avec nos 2 enfants cet appartement rénové avec charme.

BELLA SOLUZIONE

Bella posizione per visitare Parigi in libertà. L'appartamento è molto carino e ben ristrutturato, con buon gusto. La zona è bella, perchè Rue Montorgueil è centrale, vicinissima alle fermate metro di Les Halles da una parte e di Sentier dall'altra, a due passi da Rue de Rivoli e dal Louvre, dai Grand Boulevard e da tutto quello che è la zona del quartiere di Montmartre e del 2 ' arrondissment. Di sera c'è anche vita notturna con locali e bistrot frequentati dai giovani parigini in ogni sera della settimana: peraltro l'appartamento si trova all'interno di una corte silenziosissima e non si sente nessun rumore . Il proprietario si è organizzato molto bene con codici e chiavi per l'ingresso nell'appartamento e quindi non c'e' bisogno di accoglienza, nè di reception (questo vuol dire elasticità nell'orario di arrivo e di partenza , se concordate). Sorprende la separazione tra wc, che praticamente si trova all'ingresso e il resto del bagno dall'altra parte della casa, dove c'è un lavandino e una doccia bella. L'appartamento è poi composto da una stanza matrimoniale (letto a piazza e mezza) e da un soggiorno/cucina con divano letto (160 CM); la cucina è completa e c'è anche il microonde. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, non l'abbiamo mai visto durante i 5 gg. di permanenza, ma come detto, non era necessario (avendo anche saldato tutto il conto prima della partenza dall'Italia). Direi soluzione Ideale per una coppia, spazi vitali sufficienti per 4 persone ben affiatate (o coppia con figli). Sicuramente da tornarci, un bel punto di partenza per visitare Parigi !

Un 10 para este apartamento

El apartamento esta muy céntrico, a pocos minutos de la estación de metro Chatellet donde concurren todas las lineas de metro y trenes; en una calle peatonal; con infinidad de posibilidades de restaurantes y tiendas. Está decorado muy bien, todo muy nuevo, se ve que está reformado hace poco tiempo. Muy tranquilo y muy limpio. Nuestra estancia en este apartamento ha influido mucho en que nuestras vacaciones en Paris, hayan sido fantásticas e inolvidables. Un 10 por todo!!! Totalmente recomendable para todo el mundo que quiera disfrutar en familia en esta ciudad.

Ideal pour decouvrir Paris

Objectif de cette semaine : faire decouvrir Paris a nos filles. Nous sommes adeptes des locations par Abritel, meilleure formule selon nous pour une famille. Et cet appartement est l'une de nos meilleures experiences! Malgre le couchage annonce pour 4, Jean-Francois a eu la gentillesse de nous accepter a 5 (les 2 dernieres ont 5 et 6 ans). Un premier contact de tres bonne augure qui a ete confirme au cours de ce sejour. L'appartement est magnifiquement refait, propre, tres bien equipe, tres calme et idealement situe pour les marcheurs ou pour les adeptes du metro. L'accueil par Jean-Francois fut de qualite. La rue Montorgueil offre aussi tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter pour decouvrir la gastonomie francaise. Une adresse deja conseillee a notre famille et nos amis! Et des souvenirs plein la tete pour nos 3 filles. Mission reussie :)

Un divin séjour au coeur de Paris

Nous avons séjourné une semaine a Paris en Mars, et décidé cette fois ci de changer d'appartement. Et nous n'avons pas été decus ! Ce dernier est spacieux, calme (sur cour, un must a Paris et particuliement dans le quartier qui est plein de vie), refait a neuf avec goût, et plein de charme. Sa localisation est exceptionnelle, au coeur de montorgueil, c'est a dire au pied des commerces et de dizaines de restaurants, a 5 min des metros et RER. Ajouté a cela un proprietaire sympatique et tres disponible et vous avez l'une de nos meilleures expériences de location a Paris. Nous reviendrons !

stupendo.. tutto perfetto

Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta di questo appartamento.Si trova in una via centrale molto comoda e fornita di tutto.Sotto casa si trovano molti di negozi di genere alimentare pasticcerie, cioccolaterie ,mercatini di frutta verdura formaggi vini tutto delizioso....Si possono trovare anche molti ristorantini.le fermate della metropolitana sono vicine. L'appartamento è molto comodo pulito tutto nuovo.Il riscaldamento è termoautonomo in modo tale che ci si regola la temperatura a piacimento. I letti sono comodi e anche il divano letto è comodissimo.La biancheria fornita è bella nuova e pulitissima.L'apparatemento è molto silenzioso e molto sicuro infatti si trova all' interno di due portoni. Grandi finestre e molto luminoso dall'aria giovane e dinamica ma rilassante allo stesso tempo lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Ma mi raccomando tenetelo bene perchè vorrei ritornarci e trovarlo ancora così perfetto. Un grazie al propietario davvero gentle e disponibile.

Apartamento muy confortable y bien situado

El apartamento es muy confortable, está muy bien equipado, es seguro y no tiene ruidos. Está ubicado en un viejo edificio al que se accede por un gran portalón que da a un patio interior; no obstante la antigüedad del edificio, el apartamento está recién rehabilitado siguiendo un estilo semirrústico. El mobiliario es completamente nuevo (lo estrenamos nosotros). La calle donde se halla, Montorgueil, es peatonal y está llena de tiendas (supermercado, carnicería, pescadería, enotecas con excelentes vinos franceses, queserías, etc.), bares y pequeños y desenfadados restaurantes. Está en plena zona monumental y de museos, por lo que se puede ir a pie a todos los sitios importantes. Por último, Jean François es una persona muy amable, acogedora, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte, razones por las que le estamos muy agradecidos. Hemos pasado 8 días inolvidables ¡y eso que ya habíamos estado en París en varias ocasiones!

Paris en toute simplicité

L'appartement est facile d'accès à partir de l'aéroport CDG puisqu'il est en ligne directe avec le RERB. Il faut environ 5 minutes de marche depuis la station pour s'y rendre. L'appartement est rénové à neuf et tout est de qualité. Il possède tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin autant pour un séjour de moyenne ou de longue durée. Il y a beaucoup de rangement, une cuisine relativement complète (étant nord-américain, je ne suis pas habitué aux plaques de cuisson 2 ronds mais sinon il y a tout). L'appartement est très lumineux; il y a plusieurs fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieur. C'est aussi très calme, nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit tout le long de notre séjour d'une semaine. L'avantage de cet appartement est qu'il est calme mais qu'une minute de marche suffit pour retrouver tout les avantages d'une rue piétonne avec une quantité incroyable de restaurants et de marchés (boulangeries, chocolateries, charcuteries, fruits et légumes, etc.) Ceci vous permet de visiter Paris toute la journée et de choisir entre cuisiner dans le confort de l'appartement ou d'aller au restaurant. Il faut moins de 30 minutes de marche pour rejoindre toutes les grandes attractions touristiques parisiennes (Notre-Dame,Seine, Louvre, Pompidou, etc.)La Tour Eiffel est à environ 45 minutes de marche mais il est simple de prendre le transport en commun pour s'y rendre et ensuite marcher sur les Champs-Élysées pour le retour. Il y a 3 lignes de métro différentes à 5 minutes de l'appartement. Jean-François est très professionnel, il connait très bien Paris et saura répondre à toutes vos questions. Je recommande cet appartement à quiconque veut séjourner à Paris.
