soak up my Elvis Presley inspired apartment with picture frames of the king and magazine articles aswell also it set in a vintage and modern charm of this renovated apartment building set on one of the most Premier streets in Melbourne Collins Street and the corner of Queen Street right in the hub of the city we're all those great cafes restaurants and of course shops for the ladies.
this is a 1 bedroom self contained apartment in The treasury of Collins building it's right in the centre of the city it comes with .
it's an ideal place if you want to explore Melbourne some attractions are Etuhad stadium Crown Casino which is a 5 minute walk what's a funky little cafes restaurants and of course a lot of shops.

ADDRESS: 64/394 Collins Street., Melbourne
If you are arriving into Melbourne Airport and not picking up a car, the airport is 23kms to the apartment, the best way to get there is via the Airport Shuttle Bus and disembark at Flinders Street station or Southern Cross station. From Southern Cross Station, take a short train ride down Collins Street to the corner of market St and Collins St stop, which is approx. 250 away from the Apartment
CHECK IN IS 3PM Please do not try to access the apartment before 3pm. If you are arriving into Melbourne early and would like an early check in, please reach out the day before arrival to see if it would be possible. Due to tight time frames between guests, we need to insure our cleaners and maintenance team have time to work their magic, so we won’t be able to provide access to the apartment until they have finished.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If you need to store your luggage prior to checking in, you can do this at Southern Cross Station where you can hire a Luggage Locker.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10AM.
ON ARRIVAL: The apartment is located at 394 Collins Street Melbourne, At the main entrance you will see a security pin code panel on the left hand side. The access code will be sent to you the day of your check in.
PARKING: Parking is not included as part of your accommodation. Should you need to access parking, there are multiple safe parking sites in close proximity.
HOW TO FIND THE APARTMENT: Take the lift to the top level, exit to your left and then take a right. Apartment number 64 is located in the corner. Your key is located in a key safe attached to a bike rake out Infront of the entry. The pin number for the key safe will be sent to you on the day of your check in. Please note that we do not have spare keys on site. The best way to ensure you do not lose the key is to return the key immediately to the key safe, upon unlocking the door on each occasion.
Strictly No Smoking
if anyone has been smoking in the apartment their will be a $1000 fine so please no smoking in apartment and building thankyou.
DEPARTURE: Please place all of your rubbish in the bin provided underneath the sink in the Kitchen. Please be sure to return your key to the Key Safe on your departure day by 10 AM. Please also leave the apartment in a tidy manner as you found it. All dishes are to be done and towels to be left hanging on the towel racks.
Late check out fee
if you do not check out of the apartment by 10 in the morning without having prior arrangements to stay longer there will be a late check-out fee starting from $100.
TV: The apartment is fitted with a Smart TV. Netflix is connected for your viewing please at no extra charge. Simply press the Netflix button on the remote for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows.
WiFi: There is Wifi Access in the apartment. The Wifi is powered by the TV, hence the TV must be on for the WiFi to work. The WiFi user name and password can be accessed via the AirBnb App within the Guest Resources section
SWIMMING POOL: There is a swimming pool onsite. The pool is closed during the night. Open and Close times are clearly marked on the entrance gate to the wet area. The pool is located on the ground floor of the complex. Glass items are not permitted within the pool zone. There are plastic cups provided in your apartment. Please remember to return them to the Apartment when you have finished using them.
RUBBISH: There is a rubbish bin located underneath the sink in the kitchen. Please kindly place all your rubbish in the bin before checking out.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise. Quite Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. Please no parties, no smoking & no pets. If noise continues to a disruptive level between the hours listed above, the responsible parties will be liable to pay a fine of $1000.
For your safety, a mandatory Fire Detection System operates within the building and is monitored by the Fire Department. Should you be responsible for triggering the Fire Alarm, the Emergency System will sound throughout the complex and the Fire Brigade will attend. A fine of $2500 for each Fire Truck in attendance is imposed by the authorities for false alarms in Melbourne. The responsible parties will be liable to pay this fine in such an event. Please take the necessary precautions such as turning on the Range hood when cooking, ensure the apartment is appropriately ventilated ie open a window/door. If you are a smoker, please only do so in the designated areas.
