Welcome to Sappire Sands, a luxurious home on absolute beachfront property. This home has a spectaular pool and spa and infrared sauna, with the beach at the steps of the backyard!

This home has 4 king bedrooms and 5 ensuites. It sleeps up to 8 adults and can sleep an additional 2 children on 2-fold-out- ottomans.

The ground floor living and dining present spacious, modern, luxury living with two 3 metre lounge suites, 3-metre dining table, 55' TV and positioned just 35 meters from the beach. The living area opens completely to the pool terrace featuring an infinity-edge pool with a 12 person hot spa, thatched gazebo with lounges, deckchairs and BBQ. A timber deck positioned at the very edge of the beach offers an amazing ambience of outstanding beach and headland landscapes while you dine and relax. Fishing rods are supplied for great beach fishing.

The fully equipped galley kitchen with world-class ILVE appliances is an entertainers dream with separate refrigeration for wines and beverages, 1200mm gas cooking station, 900mm oven, and instant ZIP hot/cold filtered water.

The first-floor lounge area has stunning unobstructed ocean panoramas, arcade table with 60 games - perfect to entertain the kids, and a 50' TV. This area opens to an ocean-facing balcony with day bed and sun chairs with views to the horizon. There is also an internal couryard on this level with seating and an top of the line ifrared sauna. Melt your stress away as you detox and have glowing skin by the end of your holiday!

To ensure your ultimate comfort day and night in any season, the entire home is air-conditioned. The home is located in a gated community. It has a double garage plus additional street parking if required.

STUNNING PARADISE
The moment you step inside this gorgeous home you feel like you're in a luxury resort. The home is beautifully decorated and there is a tv in every room. Kitchen is well appointed and the cappuccino machine is a nice touch. The king beds are comfy and there is a bathroom in each bedroom. There is one bedroom located downstairs. Ocean views are amazing as were the outdoor entertaining areas, pool, spa and private access to the beach. To top off the luxury, bath sheets rather than standard sized towels would add to the overall feel. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home.

My family and I go away every year and this property was perfect for us. Beautiful home that overlooks the beach with pool and spa. Perfect spaces to come together with games and good food. Our dogs had a great time as well and I never stressed with them as the back yard is secure. Highly recommend.
