It has 03 furnished bedrooms (one en suite) with large wardrobes, double bed box, air conditioning splint and TV in every room. The third bedroom with 02 beds single box (01 with auxiliary bed), TV and air conditioning splint. A bathroom. Both bathrooms with cabinet and luxury shower. Living room and dining also furnished with dining table for 06 places, large and comfortable sofa, DVD, TV LED 32 inch. Balcony with wonderful sea views with 03 chairs and a support center. Large kitchen with support table, designed cabinets, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, blender, electric iron, plates, glasses, cutlery, gelagua. Service area with clothesline, broom, bucket, mop, dustpan, closet and washing roupa.É provided bedding and bath machine, the first change, we have not made change. It has wi-fi.

O apartamento corresponde efetivamente ao que foi anunciado. O prédio é muito bem cuidado, conta com pessoal de portaria&serviços educado, prestativo e eficiente. A área é segura, não vimos nada que sugerisse ameaça, e limpa. Ótimo lugar para uma temporada. Adicionalmente, cabe mencionar que a proprietária é extremamente simpática, prestativa e eficiente. Sem dúvida, gostaríamos de voltar.

Férias nota 1000

Passamos 5 dias nesta cidade maravilhosa e, escolhemos o melhor bairro para este período. Adoramos o apartamento - a visão do mar é belíssima principalmente ao amanhecer e entardecer. Próximo ao comércio, à feira do artesanato e excelentes bares e restaurantes. Com certeza iremos voltar!

Completely Comfortable!!

My husband's family and I rented this apartment for two weeks in May/June of 2016 during our stay in Brazil for my brother in laws wedding. We had 6 adults and one baby and felt comfortable for the most part. Spectacular views and short walk to the beach! Owner was very kind and very good with communicating before hand. One thing that might surprise Americans traveling here but is very common is that there no screens on the windows. Beautiful ocean breezes come in most of the time and keep things cool and keep bugs away. However at night we ran the small individual ac units and closed the windows. Like I said open windows (and doors) are very common we soon realized. Just a cultural difference. Would return and would recommend if we every came back to the area.

Apto Sensacional!

Ficamos hospedado pela 2 vez nesse apto maravilhoso! Como sempre a Sra Margareth nos acolheu muito bem. Destaque para organização ,limpeza e pela vista do apto!!!! A proprietária sempre muito transparente e correta. Só tenho elogios. Quem quiser desfrutar de um belo apto beira mar, não tenha dúvida esse é o apto!

PERFEITO

Estivemos hospedados no apto nos dias 3 a 11 de fevereiro e não temos o que reclamar do local, chegamos e fomos muito bem recebido pela Sra Margareth, aonde nos mostrou o apto que em comparação a outros que ficamos merece elogios, tudo bem arrumando e limpo, as fotos que estão no site são reais, voltarei em joão pessoa e com certeza ficarei no mesmo local, a proprietária verifica tudo inclusive o consumo de energia quando entramos e na saída , para as pessoas que estão procurando um lugar de confiança para passar ferias em joão pessoa, com certeza esse é um lugar ideal, comentários negativos desse local não tenho, recomendo...
