Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only complaint was the constant dripping of the shower and the cleanliness. The showers, bathtub and towels all had hair in/on them. Staff was nice, location is convenient. One of the few places that allow dogs.

Worst place ever
This has got to be the worst Condo we have ever stayed in. Condo was not clean, couches were wet when we got there - had to put the cushions on the balcony to dry. Mold by the AC vents. If we would have had guests with us I would have asked them to sleep in the spare room due to the mold. Screen on sliding glass door was busted, found a receipt on the floor from 6/24, you could see stains on the ceiling from water leaks, holes in walls has been repaired and not repainted, door stops all messed up. Master bathroom dropped constantly, molding on floor was all brown in the seams, one trash bag for the 4 nights we stayed there. Balcony rails and furniture could use a cleaning - float on balcony, we just left it where it was when we found it. I have pictures if you could like to see some of them.

Nicely decorated and very clean property. Great view of the ocean/beach, spacious, and great layout. Will definitely stay here again. Pool is great too. Highly recommend this property.

Was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. With it being pet friendly I would think they would go above and beyond to have smell clean. When we open the door my wife’s first response was that it smells. Found dog toys under furniture. Having cloth covered furniture in a pet friendly place is not the best decision.

Patio furniture falling apart. Living room furniture needs updating. View was nice. We ate at some nice restaurants a little pricey though. Lulu's restaurant very good food, atmosphere.

The Perfect Spot to Relax

The staff is incredibly nice, and I would receive a daily text just to make sure my expectations were being met, and ensuring everything was just as I expected. I have stayed in several units over the years at the Caribbean, and they are all great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo was old, dirty, and the decor and furniture looked like it all came from Good Will. One of the folding doors was off the track and left leaning against the living room wall (and had been there for a while according to other reviews). Our husbands bought a $2 screwdriver and reattached it within minutes. Mold in the shower stall. W&D were antiques and rusted but they worked (dryer had to be run twice to dry). The wine glasses had been put away with lipstick on them. We didn't touch them. The linens were thin and bedspreads stained. Pillows were cheap (thank goodness we brought our own). Coffee pot was tiny. Appliances did work. We bought our own paper plates, cups, utensils. Online photos do not show the true condition of this condo. Only redeeming quality about this condo was it was right on the water although in the middle of a very crowded section of the beach.

Lovely 2 bdrm corner unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Caribbean condos. Only 32 condos in the building. So much better than those mega complexes. It's dog-friendly for our 9 lb Yorkie. The only downfall for us with this condo was there was no table on the balcony where we spend a lot of time eating dinners and playing games. We survived but the next condo we pick will have a table and chairs outside. We stayed 12 days and every day was the most perfect weather. oh, the TV's in the bedrooms are about the size of a laptop screen and the remotes didn't work. I changed the batteries but still didn't work. We didn't tell the agency about this because it wasn't a big deal to us, but if you like to watch TV in bed, bring your laptop ;-).

SO GLAD I did. The pictures did not do the place justice. The furniture in the pictures is not the same as in the condo. It has been updated, The beds were so comfortable. (Even in the guest room) The living room furniture was comfortable, the view was AMAZING. We would definitley stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Gulf Coast Getaway!!

Reviewer Comments: We were very excited to find the pet friendly rental, I was a little skeptical (but that’s just me, I don’t like the unknown) because I wasn’t familiar with this rental company and had never stayed on this side of Gulf Shores. When I spoke with these wonderful helpful ladies over the phone to complete the registration that were very sweet and quick to send me all of the rental details. Arriving in Gulf Shores, I was a little worried at the small stature of the building. We went inside the building before unloading the car, and went up to the unit. All of my doubts vanished, it was a lovely little unit (there were only 3 of us and a pup) and it was just perfect. We went to the balcony and I was in heaven!! The unit not only had a wonderful view, it also only had a short walk to the beach! That’s very important to me because once I pack up-I’m there! I don’t leave the beach except to check on the pup and to go to the bathroom...lol! We hit a cart (which was also a painless process and headed back up. Then after unloading and returning the cart - we hit the beach! A boy was it perfect!! The beach was clean and very close to the boardwalk. When we came back up and went to cook dinner my heart sank. I had brought a week’s worth of groceries because I am in a budget - always, but was devastated that the cooktop just would not get hot enough to cook our food. I had to switch pans over and over between the elements on the stove. Out of frustration we just modified the meal. The next morning I called the office and they told me they would send someone out. I expected to be waiting all day for nothing. But that is not what happened, a few minutes later a wonderful gentleman showed up and looked at the stove, told me the problem, told me to call with any more issues and left. We had plenty of space for 4 adults (and we could have easily fit two more), lots of cookware to prepare all of our breakfasts and lunches, and a BEAUTIFUL view of the beach! And the tub in the master bathroom is HUGE.Not to mention, the ladies at Bender Realty were the nicest I have ever dealt with. We arrived in Gulf Shores at 8 am and we had a friend that wasn't feeling well- so we stopped by the office and they got us into our room by noon! (Which was three hours before check-in). Even though it was a rush order, the condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. They even remembered and asked about how he was feeling when I checked out. The BIGGEST and only problem we had while staying here was... no salt and pepper. And that cost us $2 at the nearest dollar store. Thank you so much for the amazing condo!

The locaation was great, there were lots of things to do, and plenty of good places to eat and shop. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the condo. The housekeeper did not do a very thorough job after the previous guests, and the upholstery and carpets really need a good cleaning.
