Lovely suite near Grouse Mountain area.
Best for visitors with a vehicle. Easy free parking in the driveway.
The suite was very clean and quiet and made for very restful sleep. The gas fireplace heated the suite nicely on those colder nights. A fully equipped kitchen had everything for preparing meals for family.
Communication with Candace (host) was always timely and helpful.
Great experience overall. Thanks
Wereld plek !!
Mooie locatie en heel veel rust.
1 puntje van verbetering is de bank, hier zal je behoorlijk in weg.
Ik zou de volgende weer deze woning huren
This was my first time visiting Vancouver so I didn't realize how far away this property was from public transportation. I ended up having to rent a car and was thankful for the good WiFi in the apartment, but I was having problems with my phone not working right and couldn't get a response from the host. If it wasn't for a gracious neighbor helping me I'm not sure what I would have done! Vancouver was an absolutely beautiful place to visit and I can't wait to return and see more of it! I would not recommend this property unless you have a rental car or other means of transportation.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Finished basement in a bombed out house in a nice neighborhood.
I don't want to know what sad story is associated with this property but none of the profit is getting rolled back into making the property acceptable besides what is shown in the photos.
As far as communication, the only expedient response I got was when I mentioned that someone might be staying with me and they immediately jacked the rate. Otherwise communication was virtually zero. I wondered more than once if the person renting the property actually even owns the property. So besides the post-apocalyptic shell of a seemingly abandoned house and the immediate sense of cold calculating greed, this finished basement apartment was ok if you can get past the blocked door to the basement stairs that goes into the bedroom. The possibility that somebody could be listening to you and your lover having sex right on the other side of the door would probably make for a great vacation.
Great location, you feel like your nowhere near the city but close to everything, ferries, Park Royal mall and downtown Vancouver all minutes away. Beautiful neighborhood, clean well appointed suite, all the comforts of home!
This was the perfect location for us to stay at and visit family in North Vancouver. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely book this property again!
