Comfortable studio with stunning views of the valley and on the slopes side




Our studio is ideally located with beautiful views and breathtaking valley and side on the slopes at 250 meters, located on the 5th and last floor, with 2 ascensseurs, very quiet, comfortable with caretaker, parking in front of the residence.
It has been renovated and is 250 meters from the slopes .It is south west. It consists of a ski cellar, closed before entering the studio cloakroom, living / dining room 20 m2 with 2 large sofas, a bz sofa to sleep with good bedding, tv82cm, CD and DVD player , radio-cassette, open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, oven, microwave ... at the entrance to the left 2 bunk beds with storage and games for children, right the room bathroom with shower and washing machine and storage cupboard. There are also available games, books, CDs and DVDs for children and adults.
Non-smoking studio and our friends the animals are not allowed. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but not sheets and towels.
In the resort there are many bars, restaurants, clubs and shops, tennis, fitness trail, hiking. We are 8 km from Eaux-Bonnes: spas, spa, 40 km from Pau (Chateau Henri IV) and Lourdes and 33 kms from Spain. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. decreasing according to tariff periods.

Très bon séjour à Gourettes
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Mais la neige était au rendez-vous et en grande quantité. Quel bonheur! Nous nous sommes régalés. Les photos correspondent en tout point à la réalité. La vue est imprenable. Le gardien charmant et disponible. L'appartement est très propre. Le petit SAS avant l'entrée de l'appartement est très pratique pour laisser son matériel. Je recommande vivement ce studio. Pour 4 personnes, il est idéal. Merci à nos hôtes.

Bel appartement confortable
Appartement propre et confortable. La litterie est excellente. Beau point de vue. Prévoir les chaînes ou les pneus neige car la portion de route pour y accéder n’ Est jamais déneigée. Un peu loin des pistes car en hauteur, remonter avec le matériel est compliqué. Prévoir un sac à dos pour mettre les Après skis. Sinon le lave vaisselle est capricieux et les casserole, faitout et une des poêles sont inutilisables car le teflon est fortement écaillé. Prévoir le remplacement. Un souci de toilette qui coule en permanence que nous avons réparé ponctuellement. Sinon nous sommes contents, le gardien est sympathique et nous reviendrons certainement

Séjour mi mars. Neige en quantité, temps variable. Super appart car fonctionnel et clair.la vue est magnifique. Pour la surface j'ai été très agréablement surpris. A 10' à pied des pistes. Séjour à trois ( couple et enfant 6 ans).chacun a son intimité. Location cette année , contre belambra l'année dernière.pas de regret .vacances plus cocooning famille et sportive tete la journée sur les pistes.

Superbe séjour à Gourette
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce studio propre et fonctionnel avec une vue inoubliable sur la montagne.Nous étions proche de beaucoup de balades et aussi de la frontière espagnole. facile à trouver avec le plan et la direction vers le col de l 'Aubisque; L'appartement était très propre,très lumineux, fonctionnel ,où rien ne manquait. Du haut de ce cinquième étage la vue sur la montagne est formidable. Le calme a été apprécié. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander à nos amis.

excellent séjour
Appartement très propre, coquet et très lumineux, parfait pour 2 personnes. Résidence bien située, un peu excentrée à la sortie de Gourette, donc au calme, avec une vue superbe sur le massif et la vallée (le centre avec les commerces et l'office de tourisme n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied). Plusieurs départs de randonnées de la station ou accès facile en voiture pour d'autres sites. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires et du gardien de la résidence.

un séjour agréable
nous avons bien profité de nos vacances malgré une météo capricieuse. Un appartement agréable (fidèle à la description), des propriétaires soucieux de leurs locataires, un concierge efficace. Concernant la station on peut noter un effort considérable dans les aménagements des pistes. Un espace entièrement consacré aux débutants, complètement accessible même à ceux qui n'ont jamais chaussé des skis. Le seul bémol reste le prix d'un tel séjour pour une famille.
