Two rooms available with each a private bathroom, with shower and washbasin and toilet.

This gorgeous family house is waiting to welcome you. Fleur and Coen are living in Amsterdam. We have a big house and love to share it with anyone wanting to explore enjoy en experience beautiful AMSTERDAM. Fleur d' Amsterdam has two bright, stylish and spacious rooms available.Both rooms have an private bathroom ensuite. Each room has its own character,the downstairs room has a French touch, with original hand painted Chromo's, from the '30 s. The other room is on the first floor, and is totally new. Both rooms have amenities; as flowers, drinks, chocolates and salty delicatessens.
Wireless internet is of course available in both rooms.

If you haven't enjoyed Amsterdam in 2022 you will in 2023, we will be able to show you the Vermeer expo if you like!
The past time has been special for Amsterdam. In celebration of several milestones such as the opening of the renovated Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum and 400 years of the Canal Ring, the year will be chock-full of exciting events. Check out the preliminary programme of events.

Guests are welcome to use our garden behind the house.
The house is located in a quiet part of Amsterdam, with an easy tramway/streetcar connection to the inner city of Amsterdam (10 minutes). Daily market, musea, shops, nice restaurants all close by.

Join us, and have a wonderful fully cooked breakfast with eggs from our own chickens. (10,- per person per day)
Around the corner there is the perfect bike rental shop open 7 days a week for only 8.50 a day, ( we paid the deposit already for you) to bring you anywhere in Amsterdam the Dutch way...... Try it ( back peddle brakes, or handbreaks)

Like your another home!

I stayed in October,big guest room, good breakfast, clean facilities,free wi-fi,free rental bicycle, easy access to tram stop,5-10minuites to supermarket, bank, cafe, restaurant,etc,but also very calm place,around there is only local people living,I mean that good for security.above this element is off course criteria of good hotels,B&B. But I would like to say why this B&B special is come from their warm hearted hospitality. I'm Everyday happy with this B&B. Fleur is every time kindly take care for guest,she'll to be your concierge,talking about good place for sight seen as your preference,she is tender and intelligent. Even you don't bring guide book,your travel to be amazing trip with her advise. She will introduce about off course basic sight place of Ams to exciting local street market,secret museum,excellent restaurant,etc,and how to get there.And that include sometime local secret info that your guide book unable talk to you. Her family also warm hearted,I've dinner with her husband,2son,and cousin.its great memory,and watching football on TV with son&son's friend.and played with 2cats. And maybe you have opportunity to be friend with another guest. During my stay,day schedule is wake up,greeting everybody,take good breakfast,played with cat,talk about sightseen with Fleur,ride bicycle or take tram,sight seen,back to B&B, play with cats,talk about the day with Fleur, What do you think? its like your another home!! I know some people prefer to urban,kinda cool stay,only focus to convenience. But I'd rather stay Fleur'd Amsterdam than stay De L'europe hotel. If you like travel that come from many friendship, relationship,great memories, I strongly recommend stay this B&B. Good Trip!

Fluer’s House in Amsterdam

My family had a great time staying at Fluer’s house over New Years for a week. We had two bedrooms and both were very comfortable each with their own bath. On request Fluer will make breakfast for you which is a great touch. She was extremely helpful in guiding us around the city and giving ideas for museums and things to do. Also, getting us on our way with transport. The house is a quick walk to the rail car which is around 20 minutes from the city center and all the action. The location was great to access all the different parts of the city. All in all it was a great stay!

Welcoming and memorable stay

Has anyone ever had a warmer smile! When visiting Fleur’s delightful home, you get a sense that it has been a place full of love and laughter for many years. Inside the unassuming front door is a charming combination of a cool use of space, fun art on the walls, nature brought indoors, and there are many interesting objects to look at around the house. Fleur was not just a fabulous host, but the kind of person you hope would visit you if they were ever in your city! She was awesome in helping us plan fun details to add to our itinerary such as where to get some amazing apple pie. The location is out of the city center, but is easily walkable to the tram to get where you need to go. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing place, amazing host!!

Fleur was the most gracious, knowledgeable and helpful host we could have hoped for! The location is close enough to the city center to have easy access to all the sights, but far enough that we got a true flavor of life in Amsterdam. Fleur gave us three neighborhood eatery recommendations and each one of them was a home run. We could not have been more pleased! Her home is beyond charming and extremely comfortable. And the breakfast was superb!

Fleur has been hosting people in her wonderful home for years and it shows. She has wonderful local knowledge to share and the apartment is wonderful. We won’t stay anywhere else in Amsterdam!

Perfect Place for a Stay in Amsterdam

My husband and our two 20-something daughters stayed with Fleur for 9 nights. Fleur's place was the perfect location outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to be in the city and at the museums within 15-20 minutes. We were very close to a couple of tram spots (5-6 minute slow walk) and within a 15-20 minute brisk walk of a couple of train stations (we liked to walk when the weather was nice instead of taking a bus or tram to the train stations for our day trips outside of the city). The breakfast was perfect and ready for us at our specified time each morning - fresh breads, meats, fruits, cheeses, eggs, tea, coffee, OJ, and more available each morning for a small extra fee (well worth it!). Breakfast time was when we would chat with Fleur about our previous day and gather tips from her for our upcoming day. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped into her place. We would stay here again if we were to return to Amsterdam for another visit.

The Very Best

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and stylish home in a quiet part of Amsterdam where the city center is easily accessible via public transportation. The host, Fleur, was warm and gracious and full of good advice re: places of interest to visit—and those to avoid. Her homemade traditional breakfast, which she prepared for us in her kitchen, was so delicious—not to be missed! All in all, the best vacation rental experience our family has had.

Wonderful stay with Fleur in Amsterdam!

We spent three delightful days with Fleur and her family while we explored Amsterdam. Fleur was very helpful in giving us recommendations for what to do and how to get around Amsterdam. She also added nice touches like having a bowl of chocolate treats and beverages in our room. We definitely recommend taking advantage of the delicious breakfast, with eggs cooked how you like, pastries, meat and cheeses, fruit, juice, tea and coffee (I miss those cappuccinos!)…We loved it and it was well worth the small cost. If we come back to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay here again to enjoy the warm hospitality of Fleur and her family.

Welcoming and cozy

We had a wonderful stay with Fleur and Coen and it really augmented our trip to Amsterdam. Their house is beautiful and charming, and offered an opportunity to let our toddler sleep in a quiet room away from the main action in the house, which made it easier for us as parents to relax and enjoy our trip. Fleur and acorn were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us out in many ways during our five day stay, and were always very responsive. Our visit was not a typical visit, in that we used to live in Amsterdam in Fleur and Coen’s area. In that respect, we are maybe a bit biased, but we felt it was still an ideal location in the city to be based in, not only because the neighbourhood itself is delightful but because it is easy to access transit as well as trains for day trips to Utrecht or farther afield. We really enjoyed our stay with Fleur and Coen and would hope to stay with them again next time we go back to Amsterdam.

Für uns kommt die Unterkunft nicht mehr in Frage

Wir hatten das Haus aufgrund der Lage gebucht und die ist wirklich gut. Die Tram- und Bus-Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und man ist in kurzer Zeit in der City. Das Haus ist im typisch holländischen Stil. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch alt und abgewohnt, insbesondere die Küche. Dies hat für manche vielleicht einen gewissen Charme, wir haben uns jedenfalls nicht wohl gefühlt.

A wonderful stay !!!

Fleur and her husband were really nice, agve us all the informations we needed, offered us some presents in each bedroom, spent time to talk everry day with us. It was as if we were at home. The rooms are really cumfortable, no noise, not far from tram station. We had a really pleasant stay.

Se sentir comme chez soi

Nous sommes restés chez Fleur comme famille de 5 avec trois enfants. La communication et planification avec Fleur était impeccable. L'accueil fut chaleureux et très agréable. La maison est superbe avec beaucoup d'histoire. Le jardin est fabuleux. La maison est située tout près de magasins et facile d'accès à toutes les attractions à Amsterdam et même à l'extérieur. Fleur nous a donné plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et lieux à visiter ce qui a été très aidant. Merci Fleur, nous reviendrons sans doute à Amsterdam!

A warm, friendly home in Amsterdam

Staying with Fleur and her family is like staying with old friends in Amsterdam. The guest rooms are comfortable, quiet and well-appointed; breakfast is generous and delicious; and Fleur has good local knowledge that she is happy to share. About ten years ago, we decided we where ready to receive travelers from all over the world in our home. We had made a beautiful guest room with a great bathroom and experienced great fun with family relatives and friends of friends. More and more people found the way to our house. And we really really enjoyed showing people around in Amsterdam. Some would like to see museums, some more the nightlife. So many people so many wishes. We where there to for fill them. What a enormous joy did that give. So one morning I woke up and decided to make it my profession. So that's when Fleur d' Amsterdam started. And we never ever regretted that! What a opportunity to meet new people and enjoy each others stories. Since then we have had the opportunity to meet new friends. And so we did!

Why they chose this property

This location is just outside the busy noisy city centre of Amsterdam. We do have the café 's, bars and good restaurants. But we don't have the drunk,loud and crazy tourists that scum the inner city of Amsterdam day and night. So nice clean air, peaceful nights and a green oasis just outside your doorstep. 10 minutes with the bike ( rental around the corner) or the tram, and you are back downtown.That's why we think we own the best place in Amsterdam, and numerous have told us just that!!! ( see the reviews!)

I live in this city of Amsterdam now for almost 40 years, and each day while biking through this city, I feel the blessing of living in one of the most inspiring cities of the World! Me, a girl from the countryside, feel like a bee in the honeypot every day! Come and stay with us, and I'll tell you all about our experiences and everything we have learned from our guests!! Our neighborhood is one of the most wanted in Amsterdam, with the local shops cafe's , well known restaurants, upscale and easy going, there is always something of your choice.
