Awesome stay

Steph’s farmhouse was absolutely perfect! The house was SO clean and smelled good. She is very responsive to inbox messages and the ping pong table was a plus! The house was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Perfect location for our stay in Round Rock. The house fit us all perfectly and we enjoyed our stay. Laila answered all my questions and even checked in to make sure we didn't need anything!

OUTSTANDING HOME!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this home. It had everything needed for a home away from home. Sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable. Great communication with the host. This was my second stay at Steph's Farmhouse, and I will definitely be back.

A great place for the family

We spent a belated Christmas here with my step-kids and their Mom. The house and location were exactly what we were hoping for and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Steph’s Farmhouse was the perfect place to stay. Spent a few days with family celebrating a late Christmas. The home was very clean and so comfortable. Would definitely book again if in the area!!

Loved our stay!

My 6 girlfriends and I came to town for a concert and absolutely loved our stay here! All of our first impression was how clean the house was. It was the perfect size for our group of 7 - plenty of space to hang out and get ready! The pictures don’t do the house enough justice of just how spacious and nice this home is!

Wonderful family trip

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament and we had a lovely time staying at this property! It was a beautiful home with everything we needed. Owners were very kind to email us during our stay just to check in. It’s a great location as well!

Perfect family gathering place

Steph’s Farmhouse was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, and had the best-equipped kitchen of any VRBO I have rented. We made Thanksgiving dinner and had all the baking dishes we needed, sharp high-quality kitchen knives, various sized cutting boards, plenty of spices and even a cabinet full of neatly arranged leftover containers of all sizes. Rental homes often have kitchen cabinets that are a jumbled mess, but not here. The layout of the bedrooms and baths are conveniently on one floor and allow plenty of privacy. My son and his family live nearby, and this was the perfect place for them to join the rest of us for dinner. I highly recommend Steph’s Farmhouse!

Steph's Farmhouse was everything the description stated. It was in the exact location I needed for my business trip. The accommodations were first class in every way. The house is a perfect house for short or long stay trips. The convenience and safety of a gated sub-division was also a plus. I will, for sure, use this house on any return trip to Round Rock, if available, in the future.

Close To Kid’s Fun

Four adults and two children (ages 5 and 2) stayed a week at this rental. The host was very responsive to every question and matter that occurred during our stay. We felt that the house was in a safe part of town, has a wonderful location and very close to Kalahari Resort, Play for All Park, Old Settlers Park and various restaurants and is a beautiful home. The use of the HOA pool was also a wonderful amenity. However, I would not consider the house overly family friendly. The proximity to the train tracks caused a lot of sleep disturbances for the kids and adults (despite sound machines and lullabies playing all night to combat the train horns). It has limited lighting in the kitchen table area and bathrooms. The master shower is stunning but had a high efficiency/low flow shower head that made showering tedious. One of the bedrooms listed would function best as an office space as it did not have a closet for storage or hanging clothes. Since the garage only had two overhead fans and is not air conditioned, we were unable to use the ping-pong or foosball tables as it was too hot in the garage. There were three games (Rack-o, Uno and Connect 4) and one puzzle in the house; and although we loved completing the puzzle that was provided, we were glad we brought our own cards, board games, dominoes, pencils, paper, etc. A pack and play was provided which was wonderful. We brought our own booster seat/high chair which may be difficult for guests flying. As a family that typically cooks breakfast & dinner in-house often during our stays, we had to purchase numerous items: crockpot, strainer, vegetable peeler and had to be creative working with only two dish towels and two hot pads. We had to also purchase kids’ plates/cups/bowls, plastic utensils, aluminum foil/plastic wrap, food storage containers, zip lock baggies, all laundry washer & dryer needs, extra dish liquid soap and relocated a bathroom soap dispenser to the kitchen for readily available hand soap. The BBQ pit was rusted out at the bottom so we choose to not use the grill. Overall, the house is very nice though it gives a very sterile feeling with a display home atmosphere; but it has a great location with wonderful hosts. Accommodations would probably best fit a group of adults, family with older children or groups that plan to fully enjoy Round Rock’s cuisine rather than cooking and eating meals in home.

Family Reunion

Beautiful house. It was clean, easy to check in and out, very comfortable and roomy! We had planned on 6 family members from Maine, Iowa and Colorado, but ended up with 3, due to medical issues. So the 3 of us had tons of room! Great place!

This property is in a great location and has everything we needed. The property owner is available and very responsive to questions. They really know how to provide great service! The check in and check out process were simple and easy. We couldn't ask for anything more in a vacation rental.

Perfect location and home away from home

This home has amazing space and modern amenities. It is beautifully decorated and is located close to resort and park. We would recommend these owners, home, and location for anyone with activities at the Kalahari resort, old Settlers park or Dell Diamond - so close! The owners were easy to communicate with and were prompt with responses. The neighborhood is gated and clean. We felt safe and comfortable staying at this home. We would stay her again and would recommend to anyone.

Great location between Waco & San Antonio

Property was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Immaculate, very safe neighborhood and great central location to explore Austin, San Antonio and Waco. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. About half hour from Austin airport and lots of stores and restaurants nearby for our convenience. Went to Walmart and HEB for groceries and River tubing supplies. Coffee and dining options were walkable as well.
