Mirar Oasis Resort is a north San Diego County private estate on a 9-acre commercial Avocado grove. Saltwater pool & spa. Heavily stocked home with all the conveniences you'd expect as if you were in your own home. Views are one-of-a-kind & expansive. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 1-story. Wrap around stone patio & outdoor dining area. Fast Wi-Fi. Unique vegetation and fruit trees. Fish pond, & waterfall, and firepit. Large family room w/ 8ft pool table, corn hole & games along w/85 inch TV, 5:1 Surround Sound & PS4 & PS4 games. Minutes to Escondido restaurants, breweries, wineries, casinos, hiking, beaches, Zoo Safari Park and Legoland!

Pets:
The pool area is chain link fenced all around. There is also a smooth rock path on the side of the house by family room restroom that is idea for dogs to use for potty. However, because the home is remote and on acreage, we suggest to supervise your dog while outside in case of rattlesnakes. There are two medium size dog bed cushions and dog dishes.

PLEASE NOTE: Supplemental pool heat may be necessary during the colder times of the year and IS an additional charge. Please reach out before you book to confirm the supplemental pool & spa heat additional charges.

Security Cameras:
Because the property sits on acreage, there are security and surveillance cameras. Surveillance and recording devices on property - Video surveillance system with 3 outside cameras covering the front and driveway and back/pool area of the house. The cameras will be active and recording during the reservation.

Perfect getaway!

What an amazing property! It was perfect for a “get away from it all” vacation with our family. The house is very well stocked. The view is incredible! We enjoyed the spa and pool table. The layout of the house is really nice for our adult kids and their significant others so they could have their own space. It was nice to be able to walk to the park trail from the house (very hilly though!). We appreciated the communication from the hosts! If you are looking for a place away from it all, we would highly recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our group was in town for a funeral in Escondido, just about 25 minutes away. This home was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after all the emotional toll that a funeral can bring. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. We especially enjoyed sitting and visiting on the back patio, overlooking the valley below, or just taking in the soothing sounds of the waterfall while sitting quietly by the front pond. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, should the need arise.

Great stay!

We had a wonnderful stay with family. We were in town for a wedding so we were pretty busy and didn't have much time to enjoy the property, but it was great even so. It's a good distance out of town, but that view is worth it!

Fabulous VRBO

We had a lovely stay at Miramar Oasis. So very peaceful and relaxing. Much of our time was spent poolside, just enjoying the peace and quiet. The house was very clean, and well stocked. We hope to return next August for another stay.

relaxation retreat

A few friends and I stayed for 4 nights and it was the perfect space for our group! They thought of everything! very well stocked with anything you might need and the backyard is perfect! Beautiful views and the pool and spa were great. The beds were comfortable and everything was well thought out! I am looking forward to staying again in the future.

Pool with a view

We had such a relaxing enjoyable time with our grandchildren at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all slept comfortably. The pool was amazing! The view was breathtaking and the kids would spend all day in the water if we let them! Julie and Craig were so easy to work with and very responsive to any needs we had. We would love to make this an annual vacation for family time. We are thankful to have found a perfect spot in SoCal to visit!

Perfect getaway

My family (brother, his wife and two kids) were visiting from Ireland, and while it was a bit far from anything if you needed something urgently, otherwise, it was the most perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, the game room, the fire pit, the BBQ. Everything about the property was wonderful, the amenities were well thought out and we didn’t want for anything. Julie was responsive with any question we may have had at anytime and was quick to offer solutions. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful getaway with a spectacular poolside view and hidden trails.

Wow!! I needed a break from work and that’s exactly what I got. This property gets you away from it all with a spectacular view where you could spend all day in the pool and spa. The inside of the house is spacious, clean and modern. My children enjoyed the game room, and my dog enjoyed the trail. The front of the house has a beautiful pond with fish. It was extremely relaxing and perfect for my family. We really appreciated the small things like binoculars so that we can watch all the beautiful birds. The property was filled with avocado trees and vegetation that felt like a tropical oasis retreat. The host were available if we had any trouble to communicate quickly. I really thought of everything we could possibly need to make sure it was there. I can’t wait for another visit.

Birthday/Mother’s Day

We stayed at this house for my mom and my birthday as well as Mothers Day. My kids were all about the pool and the game room! We enjoyed the view and cooking birthday dinner at the house. It was a well stocked kitchen! So much wildlife around the property. It was a very nice weekend. Only thing was when we pulled up and saw another garage house that was occupied by someone, no issues at all just wasn’t expecting it. Overall we love the house, pool and the view!

Beautiful home with lots to do inside and out. Pool was amazing, great hikes nearby and close enough to San Diego to be able to enjoy all that it has to offer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax with family!

Perfect Getaway

Our family had an excellent reunion with our son from Seattle. With the terrible weather, we spent much time in the heated pool and hot tub catching up with a few excursions into San Diego to the Midway and zoo. Great hiking trails were accessible down the road from the house with amazing views. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Private paradise resort

My wife and I had an amazing week on this property! The best beaches,golf,wineries,hiking boating are all less than an hour away! Don’t miss lake Dixon park for a ride in a boat/fishing and hiking!And we did all of these activities during our stay.coming back from activities to this amazing home was a highlight of our trip! the sound of owls calling back and forth across the hills,coyotes howling in the distance,while star gazing in the hot tub was a special treat!The pool and hot tub control app gives you control even when in the hot tub! The coy fish in the front pond got all excited for their morning feeding,and we became fast friends on our stay! I have to confess… the orange tree next to the pool had the most amazing oranges I’ve ever had!! (Sorry Julie,we only had 10 or so?) we made breakfast/dinner at home 5 of 7 days because we didn’t want to leave this propriety! The kitchen and grill had EVERYTING an accomplished cook like me needed to wow my spouse…I could go on like this for pages….WE WILL BE BACK!

We thoroughly enjoy nature and love listening to the large birds of prey above, the wildlife, coyotes howling at night to the expansive vegetation surrounding the property. This is what makes this property so special. We hope you enjoy as much as we have.
