Best location
We enjoyed our stay in St Kilda. The apartment was clean and secure but the best thing about it was definitely the location. It was an easy walk to all the local attractions. Would recommend.

Unbeatable location
All in all we were happy here. The unit was very basic - no lamps in the living area, and no air conditioning which was disappointing since it was advertised as having air con, but honestly we managed fine once Amanda brought a couple of fans. The unit stayed liveable despite a couple of days of well over 30 degree heat. The kitchen could use a few more things to be more functional (toaster, coffee maker, dish drain board or at least a second dish towel, new frypan, dishwasher tabs) but again we managed - especially once Amanda brought a French press and bag of coffee over with the fans! Washing machine was great. The location wins for sure - tram across the road, beautiful beach a few steps from that, parking spot, and shopping and restaurants all within 5-10 minute walk. Communication with the owner was fantastic, very responsive, and they’ve now updated the description to “heat” not air conditioning. Thank you to Amanda and the rest at Pearl!

Great apartment in the perfect location
A very nice apartment in the perfect position in front of the St Kilda Sea Baths and the tram stop. Everything we needed was in the apartment, check in was simple, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Great Location
This was a great unit in an awesome location. So easy to walk to shops or to catch a tram to the city. Beautiful views from the balcony. Maybe a powerboard in the kitchen would be handy but we managed.
