Family trips to Hyams beach
The place “ Walter’s holiday flat” is so beautiful and it’s very close to beach. It’s just a few minutes walk to beach and few minutes drive to other beach’s too. And Rachael helps me so much to make my trip successful.starting from bookings as I was stuck to do due payment after my booking as my mailing details was somehow mistake and I was not able to get link to do payment but luckily Rachael was very kind to help me. I am so glad she helps me a lot. Thank you Rachael and Ben. Me and my family is very grateful for your help.I recommend this place “ Watlers holiday flat”if you are going on holiday to hyams beach.

It's all about the beach. The unit is very neat. Perfect for us as a couple and would be adequate with 2 children. Great value when compared to other offerings in the vicinity. Access to the beach is the best feature of this property. Will be returning.

Perfect location, easy to get to. The beach is amazing. Facilities were nice and comfortable. Having a/c would make it that bit more comfortable, in the hotter weather. The host was lovely, would highly recommend this accommodation. We'll be back soon.

Great location!
It was such a great location and private access to Hyams beach! The flat could do with a bit more utensils etc and a bigger BBQ and the linen situation could do with an update and be included in the cost in my opinion. They mention they have a doona but it’s comforter not something you want to sleep with, also the mattress is so hard so unless you like a hard mattress then this is for you. Other than that hearing the ocean and being close to the beach is the highlight.

We had a great stay at Walters holiday flats. The property was everything we wanted and even better than the photos. Furniture and beds comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for two adults and 2 kids. Four adults might find it a bit squishy. Location was fantastic, with private stairs to the beautiful whites sands on the beach. Cafe two doors down was handy and everyone was very friendly. Only a short drive to coles and woolies. I would definitely stay again.

40m from the Beach

Beautiful clean apartment in a great location
The first thing we noticed about this apartment was that it was clean and tidy, something we always appreciate. The location was great, having access to Hyams Beach and being 40m to the local cafe. It included all kitchen utensils and is only 6 mins drive from the local Woolworths or 7 mins to the local Coles if you wish to cook at home. The local cafe closes at 4pm so if you want dinner out you’ll need to drive to either Vincentia or Huskinsson but they’re only 7 to 15 mins away. We wanted to be in a quiet village next to a beautiful beach and that’s exactly what we got so driving 15 mins for dinner was no issue especially since breakfast in the cafe was right next door. The rental was easy and straightforward. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and courteous. What’s more is that it was great value for Hyam’s Beach! We will definitely be coming back to this property.
