Freshly renovated full first floor and partial basement of my 1930's 1.5-story Cape Cod residence. Clean Scandinavian/Farmhouse interior vibes. Front door, and back door entrances. Open and well-equipped kitchen with laundry area in basement. Sunny, enclosed front porch with hanging swing and bench. 10x12' deck in the rear with umbrella table and chairs. For groups wanting more privacy from those they travel with, the rear portion of the unit also functions as a separate Suite. Both sides can be partitioned off with duel locking doors (much like adjoining rooms in a hotel).

This cottage is extraordinarily beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for any small group. The back patio and front porch add to the charm, but even without those, I would love this home. And the location is within walking distance of many places we wanted to visit. Jordan is extremely helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. A perfect stay. Worthy of more than 5 stars!
Gorgeous space, super clean and property manager very lovely! Quiet neighborhood and fantastic food options nearby including Sala Thai and Ian's at Garver Mill.

The property was newly updated. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cookware. A basic stock of condiments would have been useful. There was a good stock of bath towels. The addition of Kleenex would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.
Very nice and very clean place in a nice residential neighborhood. Was in town for a downtown convention. Enjoyed the easy drives to and from the rental -- some good places to eat along the way, including great bakeries and coffee shops.
We really enjoyed our quick stay in Madison! We were there to visit Taliesin, but wanted somewhere in town to crash. It was great--we walked over to the Olberich Botanic Garden one morning and greatly enjoyed the coffee at Ledger both days. We thought the waterfront park by the botanic garden was lovely.
Jordan was easy to communicate with and the place was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Thank you!
Perfect for me! Jordan thought of everything - especially appreciated the lit-up address sign and bright path to vrbo door returning after supper. Highly recommend!
Jordan had a wonderful place. Perfect place to stay in Madison for a the right amount of City vibes but also peace of a neighborhood. Thank you Jordan this was a perfect place for us.
This is a great place to stay! It's clean, compact and quiet, with a cozy backyard. Also, Jordan was welcoming and made checkin very convenient. I highly recommend this place!
Loved my stay at this cute little place. Everything was clearly brand new and clean which goes a long way for me during these times. Great location, close to everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
