Park Views is a three bedroom townhouse across the road from the Philip Street Reserve. All facilities are within a short walking distance, including local retail shops, bottle shops, restaurants and take aways. The Mooball Creek estuary, ideal for still water swimming, is just a short walk across the Philip Street Reserve. The surf beach a little further across the bridge over the Mooball Creek. The Pottsville Markets are held in the Reserve each first and third Sunday of the month.
